Fun family vaction

We enhoyed a fun familiy vacation. The house was close to many things - lakes for fishing, restuarant for birthday dinner, quilting shop and other cute shops. We loved the view from the backyard looking out through the trees. Pleassant neighborhood for morning walks and walk down to the creek. Nice kitchen and the beds were comfortable. Loved the downstairs shower! The house only allows 12 guests but we would come back again. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfort, cleanliness, relaxation, and much more . . .

This is a beautiful home. It was very clean and comfortable. The living room wrap around couch is the right size to relax with the family watching movies. There are several channels to choose from. So after you get back from your activities, it is a great way to relax together! The showers are great! Plenty of water pressure, nice showerhead, and very clean! Towels and washcloths provided. Also, shampoo, conditioners, and lotion. This saved the day for me because, I forgot to put my shampoo and conditioner in my suitcase. I have colored and highlighted hair and was worried that the products may dry out my hair and they didn't. They were very nice! Plenty of good lighting in the bathroom and bedrooms also. The bedrooms were very clean and the sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and comforters were great. Very comfortable, non-allergenic, and will give you a great night sleep. Each room has nice newer ceiling/ight fans and you can control the level of air you want. The air conditioning was on and set perfect! The ceiling fan in the living room made it so comfortable in their to if you enjoy circulating air. We loved it! The space in this home is perfect for any size family. Plenty of bedrooms. The laundry rom is close to the master bedroom with a en-suite bathroom. Plenty of cleaning products and devices to do small clean ups that can help keep the place clean when you are staying there. The kitchen was full of newer appliances.This is off a long winding road in a nice suburban area in a well kept subdivision in a nice neighborhood. We ate breakfast out on the patio in the morning and it was perfect. There were no bug problems at all. I am very picky about this. None of my family got any bug bites while we ere there from August 19-21. There were no spiders. I literally went around every room and looked around the corners of the floor and ceilings and didn't see anything and did not come across any spiders or other bugs during our stay. Also, there were 2 containers out front for garbage and everything was clean and no trash outside or inside when we were there. It is a nice private area with the way things are set up. I can't think of anyone who wouldn't enjoy their stay here. Daniel, the host was there every step of the way from a couple of weeks before we got there until after we left and were on our way home. We forgot one baby item and he was nice enough to send a pic and ask if we wanted it mailed to us!

Amazing place

House was in excellent condition. Plenty of space for the whole family. We really enjoyed coming back to a nice place after long days visiting Cincinnati. I would stay here again for sure!

Spiders in lower bedroom

The property was nice. It was comfortable and for the most part clean. However the family sleeping on the lower level had several spider bites and we saw spiders upstairs as well. Also lots of outside garbage not picked up.

Graduation Getaway

Our family had a great time renting this house. It was beautiful, clean, and had a great back patio for morning coffee. It was in a nice quiet development with a fenced in back yard where you could see a creek. We actually spent more time their then planned because it was so relaxing! We would definitely rent it again, we had a great time. Thank you

My stay at Rosewood Lane in Goshen

My wife, 2 grown children and 4 of our grandchildren had a great time at this lovely home. The accommodations were excellent for comfortable sleeping, kitchen was laid out well for cooking and there were many areas for special gatherings for our family. The y The patio, yard, fire pit and access to the creek kept the kids entertained for hours. I would recommend this home to everyone.

Family Wedding

Nice place with plenty of room. We had five couples and there was plenty of room to spread out. Only downside is a little short on kitchen supplies and towels. Found them in a storage closet not the bathrooms. Also it would be helpful if directions were left on how to work the TV’s.

December visit

Daniel was immediately available by text and phone for a few little issues we had & was kind and understanding. The neighborhood is neat and quiet and felt welcoming. There is a nice rural road for walking which we enjoyed. The house had everything we needed, and more.

our stay

This place was very clean, but was short on supplies. It has 5 bedrooms, but only 4 plates and 4 bowls. No toaster or sheet pans. Most VRBO places we've stayed at also had start up supplies of soap, shampoo, etc. There wasn't anything like that. The downstairs had flannel sheets on it and could only find a flat sheet to use. That being said, it was a great house for the size that we needed and we would take a clean house over a house that had supplies, but wasn't clean. It is close to everything you may need or want. I would stay here again and I would know what supplies to have ready next time. It's a new subdivision and it's very quiet.

Quiet 16 year old Birthday gathering

Promised my kid a weekend away with a small group of his close friends to celebrate his 16th at Kings Island. The property was perfect. The boys thought they were on an episode of cribs and absolutely loved the basement entertainment center so they could feel like they were in their own Palace away from parents. Bathroom accommodations were perfect and nobody had to wait in line. Everybody had their own bedroom and the only girls ( the baby and me) enjoyed just hanging around the house all weekend. The kitchen was plenty big enough to accommodate cooking and preparing food. The baby had her own tiny side car crib...its perfect for a toddler. I even tried to sweep up all of the dirt and dust from our shoes, couldn't find a broom, texted the owner asking if I could locate one - and they doordashed one to me!! It was a fun, relaxing, and comfortable stay. ( Hint. Don't be like me and get in the shower without checking for towels, they are cleaned and above the washing machine 😂😂)
