“Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation. I’m still waiting for my money back! ”

“The apartment was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the pool table downstairs. After a heavy rain some ants found their way in by the sliding glass door. The property managers had bug spray by our door within an hour. We would definately stay here again.”

“The place was exactly as advertised and what we were looking for. It was clean and came with everything we needed. The area was great. It was easily walkable with things to do and great places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. The information packet that was provided was very nice and we liked the fact it showed how far things were whether you were driving or walking. Charles was very responsive and so easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Older Clifton home but super close to the University of Cincinnati! Mark was quick to respond and the house was very clean! Gayle did a great job prepping the home and we walked in with it smelling great! Would have been tricky with a house full to capacity with only 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen but it was perfect for our family to get together for my daughter’s graduation! Thank you for letting us stay in your home! I would definitely rent again! ”

Nice showers, kitchen and large table so we can all sit together for meals. Best part is just a few minutes from KI for quick back and forth for little kid naps and breaks. We would stay again!! Only downside is narrow parking but not a game changer!”

“We loved staying here. We were in town for the Kentucky Historic Preservation Conference and it seemed perfect to stay in a historic building. The old bricks and tin ceilings were well preserved and blended well with the modern amenities. The room was spotless and well appointed. The communication from the host was excellent.
