“On a spacious site by a river, we were welcomed to this superb accommodation by casual and friendly hosts and enjoyed the sporting facilities like golf, tennis, snooker walks and cycling and as well as the castles, restaurants and other amenities in this lovely area. “Lovely warm cosy cottage with all we needed for the stay, fantastic garden with beautiful views, small fence at each end and it felt very safe for our dogs who loved it. Lots of places to visit in the area. Very peaceful location, yet minutes drive away from shops etc for supplies. We saw the dolphins and seals from the bottom of the garden, it was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay, hope to be back one day.”

“We had a really lovely stay at the boathouse—one senior and two adults—and it worked perfectly for us. The area is quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated, and it’s so close to Dunnottar Castle. The house itself was super comfortable with great beds and all the amenities we needed. We felt right at home. Communication with the host was friendly, and helpful. A great place to relax and enjoy the countryside.”
