    - The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the Rhododendron Park are just a few minutes’ walk away. Your vacation home is also centrally located, making it an ideal starting point for your bike tours.

    - A modern living area with a cozy sitting area, satellite TV, an iPod docking station, an SD card slot, and an USB/MP3 port invites you to relax.
    The box-spring sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two more people.

    - The open kitchen, featuring LED lighting (dimmable) under the wall cabinets, is equipped with a dishwasher, a two-burner induction cooktop, an oven with an integrated microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There are also plenty of glasses and dishes available.

    - The separate bedroom features a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a second TV.

    - The modern bathroom offers a shower, hair dryer, toilet, and sink, as well as plenty of storage space.

    - There is also a coin-operated washer-dryer (€2.00 for 90 min).

    - The living room and bedroom are equipped with blackout and heat-insulating curtains.
