“Overall the place was a beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately the one item that affected us was that my brother gave them laundry to do and he did not get it back on time. A week has passed and it has not been found. The staff lacked urgency in trying to get it back to him. It was supposed to be sent to a hotel we were staying at in Salzburg but it did not arrive. “Das Hotel ist schön gelegen und von außen und innen sehr schön. Mit dem richtigen Zimmer hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Unser Zimmer war recht groß, sauber und geräumig ( junior Suite ). Parkplätze und eine Garage für die Fahrräder waren direkt am Hotel vorhanden. Das Frühstück war gut. “We loved our stay at Hotel Alpspitz. We booked two rooms and both were so comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. Very room and great mountain views. Parking was nice and the breakfast spread was great every morning. Felix was a great host, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if we visit the region again.
