“Refurbished hotel looking very clean,bedroom with Seaview, room lovely and clean new beds very very comfortable, staff lovely, bar area overlooking sea front,drinks in bar good prices,the area the hotel is in is lovely and peaceful,tram and bus stops just outside and walk across the road to the seafront,overall absolute bargain price and will highly recommend ”

“The idea of the place is great. Walking distance from sand beach and there are different options for all ages children to have fun but there are badly maintained. The cleaness is poor and the staff is not willing to help. The facilities were either close or damaged so not very worthy travelling 3 hours... unfortunately”

“Lake nice. Rooms like any Ibis but too expensive. Small swimming pool we didn't use it. And paying extra for amenities and Internet it's just a terrible idea. Why don't they just ad 15 pounds to the price of the room and don't act like a low cost airline. The resort is not low cost. Brilliant lake view from the Lodge. Ugly restaurant and bar. The machines doesn't work they keep your money and lady in reception couldn't help. It's not a 4 stars hotel! ITS NOT LAKE...

“Rooms were not cleaned to a very good standard, lots of bits on the floors, behind sofa and beds. Very dusy in bathroom on window cill. Mirrors were very streaky. Room smelt very musty on arrival even though the windows were left open before we arrived.”
