“We love Four Seasons Hampshire so much! This was our 4th stay and it was as excellent as ever. This is a five star hotel so be prepared for five star prices, but the staff and service make it all worth it. We’ll be back next summer and are already looking forward to it Two nits: First, they used to have an art sculpture on the front lawn that has been sold to a guest. I was sorry to hear this, but really think the front lawn needs another piece. Hoping we’ll see one when we visit...

“Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. ”

“Glencruitten house is one of those special places. Immaculately presented accommodation, helpful staff and lovely food. The grounds are breathtaking, and the quirkiness of the woods, friendly chickens, peacocks and alpacas make this a place I will re-visit.”
