“My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and loved our time at Layton’s Loft and Breakfast! We especially enjoyed riding mountain bikes around the neighborhood that hosts kindly allowed us to use.”

“We had a great time, host was very nice and the kids enjoyed the property. We had room for everyone.”

“Checkin was easy. Very country in the middle of nowhere. Which was exactly what we wanted. Could be very special if u are trailering horses. Internet was great considering we were in the boondocks.Stars were beautiful and clear. Fair price.”

“Last minute booking because of a late cancellation on another property. Host was extremely responsive and the house was very nice. Lots of room and well appointed. Highly recommended. Thanks for sharing your house”

“This house was perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the views and the location, as we did not want to stay in the city. We went to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Orderville. They were all about an hour drive or so, but we enjoyed the scenery. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Perfect farmhouse. Loved having coffee on the porch with the view of the mountains.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Gunstock Ranch. The stars were amazing. Make sure you go out and look at them. The home is clean and accessing it was easy. It was fun to read about the original owners. Thanks for hosting us. We would stay again.”

“Great stay at a very nice VRBO. The host was prompt and pays attention to details.”

“As usual, after our fifth stay here—the setting is wonderful and our golden retriever truly enjoys his walks around the property, smelling all the farm life and watching the cows grazing. It is a very enjoyable pastoral setting. The only negative is the queen size bed in the primary as we are used to more room. That said, we will return in the Spring again!”

“This is a wonderful, peaceful, beautiful place! Absolutely worth the stay!! Spectacular views and beautiful sunrise.”
