“We stayed 4 nights with 3 adults and 2 children. The location was very good with the beach only being a short walk and the pool right across from the unit. Many attractions and shopping close by. There were several concerns with overall cleanliness, some plumbing issues, and the only TV that we could use was in the living room. They had universal remotes and the TVs would not pair. The host was very responsive and immediately offered to fix the problems, but we did not want people in and out...

“We had a wonderful time at Ocean Lakes. The property was great & fit all of our needs. Having the golf cart was very convenient & one less thing to book. The property was very clean, beds were super comfortable. Having a 2nd bathroom was a nice feature as well. Loved the back deck & front sunroom. Only a couple of short steps inside making it very kid friendly/safe. The owner was help, timely, and great to communicated with. We truly enjoyed our stay. ”

“Awesome little old school beach cottage. My wife and I and our dogs stayed 6 nights and had a great trip. We really enjoyed walking the dogs around the neighborhood and on the beach. Location is perfect. The furniture is comfortable. AC is very strong house stayed very cool and comfortable. The host Cassidy was great, easy to communicate with and very helpful. We look forward to staying here again on or next trip to Surfside Beach.”
