“Cypress Knee Lodge was a great gathering place for our hiking group. After nearly 20 years we don't hike much anymore, we are more of a card playing group now! We enjoyed the space, the views, the location, and the accommodations in general. All of this prove to be important because it rained every day we were at Reelfoot Lake. Watching hundreds of pelicans, cormorants, coots, and various other ducks was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Jim!”

“Winding driveway with limited turn around space can be very challenging especially in the dark. Garage entrance and stairs to living quarters are not ideal. It’s not a bad house but probably would not be on my list of places I would go back to rent again. It was pet friendly and that was the primary reason I chose plus proximity to another house we rented for family with no pets. ”

“Everything was excellent. Perfect for our group. Plenty of room. Everything was neat and clean. The younger ones of our group loved the projection screen down stairs.”

“The host Walter stayed in constant touch with us, gave us excellent info about the Rip Line Lodge. We have stayed at numerous places in Venice Marina and the Rip Line is awesome. The home is very well equiped with numerous ameneties and the location is perfect.”

“Fantastic place to stay. The house is brand new. We stayed there with 3 kids who really enjoyed the pool table in the evenings when we were back from fishing. We trailered our own boat. Plenty of space to park. The owners can arrange a charter for you that leaves right across the street. There is a boat ramp right across the street as well or you can use the ramp at Hopedale marina. Can’t say enough good things about the house and the owners. We will be back. ”

“The home is beautiful and the views are amazing! We had a group of 12 and everyone had their own bedroom with a private bath. We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving dinner together all seated around the large dining table. The butler pantry with additional oven, sink, etc. was a huge help. It was a great spot to play games as well. Mark was very helpful and responded quickly as was Joe, the ranch hand. We would definitely stay here again.”
