Apartamento 'San Marcos' with Balcony in Central Granada

Welcome to Apartamento San Marcos, a cozy apartment in the heart of Granada, within walking distance of the city’s main monuments, restaurants, and shops.



Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, the apartment accommodates up to 5 guests. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single bed), a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Enjoy pleasant city views from the 2 private balconies.



The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, oven, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. The apartment also offers WiFi, cable and satellite TV, washing machine, iron, air conditioning, heating, and a fan. For families with babies, a crib and high chair are available. Up to 2 pets are allowed.



You’ll be right in Granada’s center, close to public transport and public parking just meters away. The Costa Tropical is only 45 minutes by car, and Sierra Nevada is 40 minutes away.



Access is via smart lock. Before arrival, you’ll receive two QR codes: one for the building entrance and one for the apartment door. Please check the photos and access video we send, as the lock system requires following specific steps. Download the app in advance and activate your phone’s Bluetooth.



Regular check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00. For late arrivals, please ask when booking. Check-out is before 10:00.

- No smoking or events.

- Please dispose of trash in the appropriate containers before departure.

- Kitchen utensils used during your stay must be washed.



A security deposit is required.
