Ático, Con Terraza y Espectaculares Vistas A La Alhambra

El area del departamento
Precioso ático en el Albayzín, barrio declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad, ubicado en la parte baja del mismo (centro histórico, cerca de la Plaza Nueva), con terraza y habitaciones con vistas espectaculares a la Alhambra, totalmente nuevo y equipado, con capacidad. para 2 adultos y un sofá cama para otros 2.
Excelente ubicacion.
Nuevo apartamento de dos plantas independientes, en la planta superior 1 dormitorio con dos camas individuales, que normalmente están unidas (1,60 cm.), Baño y una gran terraza con vistas a la Alhambra. En la planta baja, hay un salón con un sofá cama (1,35 cm) con capacidad para dos personas, baño completo y cocina. Totalmente equipado con TV de 40 ', lavavajillas, microondas, refrigerador, tostadora, hervidor de agua, extractor y utensilios de cocina. En el baño hay toallas, secador de pelo, gel y champú. Además hay aire acondicionado y calefacción para su comodidad.
También está muy cerca de restaurantes, bares, supermercados, frutería, farmacia, artesanías, oficina de información turística y todo tipo de tiendas. Es posible caminar a todos los lugares de la ciudad y además está muy bien comunicado por autobús. Podremos ayudar con la información, horarios y zonas de interés turístico que puedan ser necesarias.
El barrio rodeado de edificios de gran interés y monumentos. Junto al "paseo de los tristes", un precioso recorrido por el río Darro, disfrutando de las vistas de la Alhambra. Los autobuses números 35 y 31 sirven a esta área. Además de los autobuses que van directamente al aeropuerto de Granada, la estación de autobuses o la estación de trenes junto con el autobús que va a la Alhambra.
También hay una parada de taxis muy cerca. El acceso al automóvil para todo el centro de Granada es muy limitado para ninguno de los residentes, por eso recomendamos dejar el automóvil en un estacionamiento público cerca del apartamento o dejarlo donde vivo y desde allí tomar un taxi hasta el apartamento. En mi opinión, esta es la forma más económica.

Beautiful view from balcony. Apartment was as described in the listing. Easy walk to city center. Host responded to apartment power outage promptly with instructions to fix the problem. Also, Host provided help in finding a taxi company who would traverse the narrow road that the apartment is on. Uber does not pick at the house because of this. Having all those instructions written for guests would be very helpful.

Excellent location

Apartment is very well equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent - close to restaurants, taxi, bus line, and the Alhambra. The views from the apartment are amazing. Only caution is that there are alot of stairs up to the apartment. Host was easy to contact & responded quickly to our questions. Definitely recommend this apartment!

Great location, incredible view of Alhambra

My wife and I loved this VRBO. Lying in bed, looking up at the Alhambra at night. . .and sitting out on the rooftop patio having wine made the place magical. Very easy to get to from the old flat part of the city.We did have trouble finding it, as GPS sent us to not just the wrong location, but the wrong street! The nice owner eventually told us to use the next door neighbor's address and that took us to the right location. The stair up to the apartment are a bit daunting with luggage, but remember, you only bring the luggage up once, so it's not a big deal!But would definitely recommend this apartment.

Absolutely stay here!

Perfect in every way! View better than from any other location. Hosts most helpful and thorough in explaining whatever you need. (If you are older the stairs are steep. It was hard for us to see the numbers on the lockbox.) I highly recommend!

Amazing location and wonderful hosts

This is a perfect place to stay to be immersed in the history and beauty of Granada while enjoying all the modern luxuries. We sat on the terrace overlooking Alhambra and it felt like another world.

Stunning apartment!

This apartment is incredible! The location is fabulous and the view of the Alhambra…. There are no words! It has to be seen to be believed! We spent 4 nights here and the apartment is so well equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable. Granada is Beautiful

Let's just say that Granada is a jewel of a town. We loved this place and wished we had stayed longer. The apartment was quite perfect for a visiting location. Very quiet and the views from the terrace are exactly as shown. The apartment was clean and tidy. No issues with the check in. There was a small issue with the communication with the management but this was a small inconvenience and has since been rectified. We had a great time during our visit. We will return when we can.

Pleasant stay with beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay. Victoria was super responsive and the view was as good as advertised. Cool little neighborhood. Only some taxis can get through the street so ask in advance.

The best place to stay in Granada, surely!

The apartment was in an incredible location and the views were spectacular. Made it a really lovely place to just stop and spend time at, resting after a long day hiking up and down the hilly landscape of Granada! The host was extremely communicative and friendly, would highly recommend and we really hope to visit again sometime soon!

Apartment with fabulous view of La Alhambra

The apartment worked very well for us, easy access (2 short flights of steps), decent kitchen & bathroom, very comfy bed! But it is the mesmerising view of Alhambra - fabulous, from the shaded balcony (overhead electric blind) or kitchen window below. Loved it! Easy communication with host.

Excellent stay!

We really loved this VRBO experience. Great location near lots of restaurants, markets, and the Plaza Nueve. The owners were very responsive to my many questions, and gave excellent directions for accessing the accommodations. We found that google maps wanted to direct us (and our taxi driver) to the *wrong* 22 (owners will explain) so we had more success putting in [street name] 20. And as others have posted, you can't get a better view of the Alhambra! We spent a lot of time sitting on that unbelievable balcony, just enjoying the view. Thanks so much, Rosa y Victoria!

Alhambra and Sierra Nevada

During our trip along the south of Spain we spent a few nights here so we could visit Alhambra, Sierra Nevada and take in some Flamenco. Apartment is as advertised with wonderful balcony that is very peaceful and secluded above the busy streets below. Beware that there are narrow stairs up for you to carry your luggage. Otherwise a lovely spot. Host was available as we needed and no surprises. Enjoy!

Go to sleep below the Alhambra!

Physically fit individuals will love this view from the bedroom and patio. I had coffee on the patio each morning and bid goodnight each night from the bedroom. Stay for the view! Since we were on the go from morning till night, we didn’t use most of the available options and the washer was not working. Park out of the central area and taxi in. You will walk everywhere! The apartment is on two floors…so thankful we traveled light. The noise of the arriving building tenants awoke me but not hubby and it was only once a night (3:15 am and 11:30 am) but it’s because of the building layout. We are thankful I spent the money on the view and location was fantastic! Owner was great about communication.

Tolles Appartment!

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rande des Albaicins und liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Plaza Nueva entfernt. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann die Stadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erlaufen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet - mit einem Nescafé kann der Tag auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Alhambra wunderbar starten. In der Nähe gibt es schöne Bars mit leckeren Tapas und Teterias. Vielen Dank an Victoria Y Rosa für den unkomplizierten Aufenthalt - wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!
