The space

Estudio Mezquita is a small, modern and very bright studio where you feel comfortable from the very first moment. Recently renovated, it combines contemporary lines with a practical layout designed to make everything flow naturally, without excess.

Located opposite the emblematic Granada Bullring, in a lively and central area, it allows you to move around easily and enjoy the city at your own pace. It is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for comfort, design and a good connection to the centre.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a pleasant living–dining area with a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests, perfect for relaxing or watching TV. In the same space there is a functional and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a complete stay, including a microwave with grill.

The sleeping area invites you to rest: a large and very comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) guarantees a great night’s sleep.

The studio also features a practical workspace with Wi-Fi, ideal if your trip requires some focus. The full bathroom is modern and well maintained, adding functionality and attention to detail.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, ensuring comfort at any time of the year.

Estudio Mezquita is a well-designed place to relax, read, work for a while or go out and discover the beautiful city of Granada. A place that is easy to reach… and always nice to come back to at the end of the day.

Guest access

You will have the entire studio exclusively for you and your companions, enjoying full privacy and comfort from the moment you arrive.

Other things to note

The property does not have private parking. There are several parking options nearby, including public car parks and regulated street parking. Before your arrival, we will provide all the necessary information to make parking easy and stress-free.

Important: In accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and submit their details to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it will be necessary to complete a guest registration form.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required before the start of the stay. This amount will be automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided no damage or incidents are detected.
