Spring ski

Great property, close to skiing and shopping. The resort pool and hot tubs were great as well for after the day exploring the slopes and gold mines. An awesome experience.

The property was in a good location but the building is in poor shape and the room had many things that needed fixed. Also, they do not have air conditioning and it was not on the list of amenities. Will not be staying there again.

Dirty

Property was dirty, floors were clearly not cleaned and most dishes were dirty as well. Queen bed downstairs was broken and uncomfortable. Furthermore maintenance walked into property on a Sunday afternoon while we were present without a call or knock. Overall the entire property is run down and unit reflects this as well. According to the front desk a private cleaning service is used however I don’t think they actually come and clean based on condition. Wouldn’t stay again

Perfect home base to get up to the lakes and go explore the area. Good location, plenty comfortable, everything we needed, good price. Will definitely consider again in the future

Great Stay

Stayed in the area to ski Winter Park. With 2 teenagers, we really enjoyed the extra room.

Perfect ski stay for family of 6

This location was perfect for our family with four kids ranging from 10-15 years old. Very clean property. The bunk room was the kids hangout and they loved playing games at the table. My only negative is the pillows…they were just cotton fluff, but they were very clean so we just stacked more of them. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, great amenities...

Should disclose this room has all of the fuse boxes for other units. Had to have maintenance come in during or stay and fix something for another unit.

Great long weekend

My son and I stayed for a long weekend. Had a great time. Very convenient to activities, but far enough from the huge Winter Park crowds. Condo was great and would definitely stay again!

Relaxing, no stress stay!

We sincerely enjoyed the extra room for our two kids. They had their own space for games, gear, play and reading. Since we don’t have bunk beds at home, each took their turns enjoying the top bunk. The extra side room was perfect for us to have an unimpeded living space to enjoy the fireplace and relaxation without piles of kid stuff in view. The fridge and spice rack had some staples as well, which was helpful. The unit does not have a crockpot or glass 13x9 cooking pans. But, we worked around that without any concern. The unit was very clean. We didn’t mind what looks like an amateur paint job in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and was supplied with ablow supply of shampoo and conditioner. We had brought our own, and weren’t anticipating to have any available to us. The hallway closet where ski gear was stored inside the condo needs some work, as the doors easily came off the runners/railing and were hard to negotiate when we needed something. Had their been some major concern with the condo, you have to call what appears to be an offsite property manager. Fortunately, in the two times we’ve rented thru VRBO in this hotel/condo location, we’ve not had to do that. That’s the only reason I gave that a 3 out of 5 stars. The price was right for all of these offerings as well. Our stay was very comfortable and we’d rent here again! Thank you!

Makes life easy

Had a great time. We appreciate the extra amenities so when we got there we didn’t have to run to the store. Perfect location. Would do it again.

Good Stay

Room itself was great. Was clean, kitchen was stocked with everything you might need and we had plenty of space. Ski shop was convenient and the guys working there were extremely nice. It's a good location with a grocery store, fuel across the street and Granby Ranch base is only a mile away. My only real complaint is the game room. Of the 3 pool tables, 0 worked. Most games were broken and some games took your money. Overall, a good stay.

Cute room with lots of space for a family.

The room was very nice and had everything we needed. Our children enjoyed sleeping on the bunk beds. Our kids love the playroom, swimming pool and hot tubs.

Thanksgiving in Granby

Great property! The extra room with the extra beds is awesome and accommodating! We stay in the area quite a bit especially around the holidays! Very affordable and comfortable with a family of 5.

Plenty of room and amenities. However No cross ventilation. Place never cooled down. Would not stay there in the summer again. Owner fees and cleaning fees way too high especially when your required clean and wash most everything before you leave. Property listed for $$ a night and wound up being $$$$ a night after fees.
