What a great property in the perfect location! This condo is in Granby Ranch and you can walk or take a short drive down to the lodge where the ski lifts are. Since we visited late Spring, there were running races going on, mountain bikers, so many fun activities. Adults and kids alike will love this location. Sitting outside on the balcony is peaceful as a variety of birds fly around the Aspen trees, chirping and being adorable. The condo itself has plenty of space and the beds are very comfortable. Id absolutely recommend this any time of year!

All was well. Property was just what we were looking for. First time skiers. Condo is a couple minute drive from the main lodge so going back for lunch was quick and easy. Very clean and comfortable. Linens were all clean and fresh. Ability to do laundry is a huge plus. Kitchen was well supplied for our breakfast and lunches. Only complaint is the bed in the main bedroom and the single bed in the second bedroom are not for me. I’m also used to sleeping in dark rooms and blinds do not block out enough light. Other then that property and location is an A. Views out living room, main bedroom, and dining area were wonderful. Anxious to go back next year.

It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. Fireworks view from our deck. Concerts a mile walk away. Can't wait to stay here again! Loved this place!

We had a fabulous time staying in this condo. It was walking distance to skiing. Kitchen was well equipped for making simple meals on our trip. The views were beautiful. Thank you so much for having an affordable and comfortable place to stay!

Loved the location--very close to Granby Ranch base. Amazing view out the windows. One morning we were even visited by a passing herd or mule deer walking by our front door. Unit was clean and up-to date. WIFI was fine. Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of dresser storage too. Loved the gas fireplace. A few issues to fix: - -Time to replace some light bulbs--one in the 2nd bedroom, one bathroom light, & the light outside the front door. -- The TV in the 2nd bedroom didn't get a signal at all & therefore unusable. -- One night while loading the dishwasher, the whole DW unit basically fell out of the cabinetry, crashing onto the floor. Still works after being put back into place. DW does not seem to be installed right. Probably just needs a couple screws to hold it in place. -- We were told in the check-in instructions that the ski locker is broken. Didn't use it. We would certainly stay there again but need to keep up on repairs.

Great place to stay. Easy Location to drive through Rocky Mountain National Park without the hustle and bustle of the crowds on the Estes Park side. Quiet and clean with beautiful views. We were traveling with an elderly person in a walker/wheel chair, the no step entry was nice, and though the doorways fit the wheel chair, she had to use the walker to navigate around the condo because getting between furniture was not wheel chair friendly. But over all it was a great place to stay.

This was our first ski trip with our 3 kids and we loved having this lovely, cozy yet spacious spot to come home to after a long day. It was very well stocked, washer and dryer worked great, super clean, lots of space. Can't say enough.

Overall a great experience staying at this location at Granby Ranch. After an initial communication mix up, the property manager Marcus was extremely responsive and very helpful during my stay. Location is close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. The unit while not luxurious- is comfortable and cozy and a great value. Would recommend!

Myself, my wife and daughter and son had a wonderful vacation and the condo was a big part of that. The process of renting was convenient and efficient, the condo is very well maintained and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony was very relaxing and the scenery was nice. What a delightful place! It provided us with a chance to stay on the less congested Western side of the RMNP as opposed to the crowded Eastern side. Though 15 miles from the Kawuneeche Visitor Center it is a simple, pleasant drive especially when passing Granby Lake and Grand Lake. The overall property was located in a (ski) resort and provided our family of 5 with the comfort and spaciousness needed after long hikes....the kitchen and laundry were nice bonuses as well!

This property was great! I felt like we were right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and it was SUPER clean. This place fit our family of 5 comfortably. Would highly recommend!
