  • With close access to endless skiing and hiking and biking trails, this home is a sensational family condo offering the very best furnishings and amenities. A complimentary pass to Granby Ranch's year-round heated pool and hot tub, not to mention the home's abundant games, a Pack-N-Play, and a booster seat make this condo the dream spot for a family vacation in the Rocky Mountains.

    Kick off your ski or hiking boots and make yourself at home in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Whip up some waffles, or prepare your other favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Do you fondue? You will now with the condo's fancy fondue pot! Soak in the quaking aspens and Colorado sunshine on the private patio with an umbrella and seating for four.

    Warm up by the fireplace and get cozy on the couch to recap the day's adventures or take in a movie on the flatscreen smart TV. Adjacent to the living room is the main bedroom adorned with a plush queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity. The second bedroom is a kiddo's paradise with a full-over-full bunk bed and games the whole family will enjoy. There is an additional full bathroom in the hallway near this bedroom.

    The Kicking Horse Lodges complex offers a community grill and hot tub. Grab the condo's cooler, hammock, and picnic blanket, and head out on the abundant trails nearby. This condo is near Granby Ranch boasting skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, golf, and the Granby Ranch Grill. Also, being conveniently located between Grand Lake with Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park makes it the perfect place for your next mountain adventure.

    THINGS TO KNOW
    A Pack-N-Play is provided, but please bring your own Pack-N-Play bedding.
    All renters must purchase a $ 10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full benefit member home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.

This rental was just what wr needed. It was the perfect size even with 2 families with 2 kids until 10 each. Everything was clean and the location was great. The bed was super comfy in the main room. We would def stay here again!

Great Mountain Getaway

The property was well maintained and has great amenities. We spent a week and had a great time seeing the sights and visiting Rocky Mountain National Park.

Great Condo in a beautiful location

The condo was equipped with everything we could have needed. Its location in the Rockies was convenient to everything we wanted to see. We visited in the fall. I can only imagine it would be perfect for snow skiers as it is near many ski resorts. The hosts were informative and easy to work with.

Perfect spot for Colorado adventures!

We loved the cozy, welcoming feeling of Blue Sky Bunkhouse and appreciated the great location in Granby. We were able to easily explore Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, Granby and Fraser. The condo is perfect for mountain fresh air, cozying up at the end of the day with a glass of wine and a good book as the sun sets. Appreciated the recommendations for the area and definitely have a few favorite spots from our trip! Highly recommend this spot and can’t wait to come back!

Awesome place to stay for 4 adults.

Cozy, great kitchen amenities, easy outdoor grill & excellent hot tub! 2nd bedroom with queen size bunk beds. Lots of windows which was great because it was warm when we stayed, and no a/c. Very comfortable couch & great coffee table to play card/dice games.

Beautiful stay!

The cozy condo nestled in the mountains is a great spot not just for hikers and skiers, just those looking to just relax too. Comfortable, with all the kitchen amenities and two full baths, we loved our anniversary getaway. We enjoy cooking and had every kitchen gadget needed. We watched the hummingbirds come right up to us during morning coffee on the porch, went for a drive and excursion, then came back and watched Netflix before star gazing almost every day. Such a peaceful late summer week.

Granby Ranch - quiet side of RMNP

Overall good, as described. The buildings are not labeled well so it took a bit of searching and phone calls to get to our place on arrival. The property furnishings are a bit worn and the floor needs to be replaced by the dishwasher. The bed pillows could also use an update. The pool was under construction during our stay, hot tub was close to our room and clean.

Granby ranch stay

Very pleased with this unit. Couple suggestions: 1) Instructions for TV and remote would be great. We gave up after first night. 2) Recycle option should be available. 3) Hot water does not last too long for 4 adults 4) Night light in bathrooms

Nice place, very clean and comfortable

Pros: very clean, very comfortable place, but a few minor things to improve. Cons: building not labeled with numbers and hard to locate, especially in the dark - went to the wrong 205 twice before locating the correct building; TV situation is poor - there are no instructions on use, what's available, etc - there is not cable, and nothing but free streaming so that's not really great and became quite frustrating at points

Home was as described except for the hot tub. I booked it based on access to a hot tub and it was only open once the entire 4 days and not for the posted time which was 10a to 10p At 8pm on our last night we went to get in and it was closed. This was very disappointing
