Updated MOUNTAINSIDE Condo-2bd/3bth-adjacent to slopes and family friendly

  • Book this recently UPDATED, SPACIOUS condo at The Mountainside at Granby Ranch, Colorado. Avoid the large crowds and expensive resorts at this great family-friendly location in wide-open Grand County.

    Mountainside #67 is adjacent to the slopes conveniently located between the lifts. . Our nearly 1,200 sq foot condo sleeps up to 8 with plenty of room for the whole family.

    New kitchen cabinets and appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, bakeware, dishes, flatware, glassware, coffee maker; toaster, crock pot, blender-everything you need.

    The Master bedroom, with updated private bath, has a Queen bed. The loft bedroom has 2 Queen beds and also an updated full private bathroom. There is a bathroom off the living area, and a queen pull-out sofa. A full-size private hot tub is accessible from the living area and the Master bedroom. There is a flat screen TV and DVR player in the living room and each bedroom with direct TV provided. Free wireless internet access is provided*.

    A full size washer and dryer have been added in the loft bathroom. The expansive sectional sofa in the living area provides plenty of seating space for everyone to relax and visit.

    Granby Ranch is conveniently located in the heart of wide-open Grand County. Rocky Mountain National Park (viewable from the deck) and Grand Lake are 15 minutes away as is Winter Park. Soak in Hot Sulphur Springs only 20 minutes away.

    The Mountainside is a ski in/ski out complex.** Enjoy other winter/snow activities nearby.

    Come summer, play golf or tennis, ride mountain bikes, hike, and swim right out the door. Nearby activities include rafting, boating, horseback riding, fishing, rodeo, music festivals, live theater and so much more.

    Fall is a wonderful time to be at The Mountainside with changing trees and perfect weather.

    WE OFFER YEAR ROUND ACTIVITIES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY AT A PRICE YOU CAN AFFORD! Free internet service.

    **The Mountainside is considered a "ski in/ski out" property. However you should be aware no individual condo can be skied directly to or from. Access to all condos requires at least one set of stairs, and access to all lifts requires some walking.

Slice of winter heaven!

Great property within steps of Granby Ranch Ski Resort. Had a great weekend with my wife and four kids exploring around Granby, skiing at the ranch, and snowmobiling with On The Trails Rentals. Perfect weekend, the mountainside condo's are perfectly situated.

The location is great! You can walk to the smaller lift and take a run down to the main base area. It had all the amenities we needed! We would be happy to come back!

Better than expected!!

This place was wonderful!!! The check in process was easy! There were beautiful views, and a hot tub in the home!! Everything in the home is literally labelled and they have enough dishes for more than one meal. It was an incredible vacation for our family!

Granby Wedding Weekend

We really enjoyed your mountain home and it was a perfect fit for us. The view is spectacular and the location was ideal! Maybe I missed it, but I do wish the description would have said something about all of the stairs and distance from the parking lot. Other than that, our stay was excellent!

Vacation

Our overall experience was great. The view from the balcony was perfect for sitting and having your morning coffee. The location was what we were looking for. Not right down in the middle of a town. Close enough to a town and anything you need but not staying in the busy of a town like Winter Park.

It could of have been better

Amazing place, meaning space wise, great located,the host very easy to communicate with, had to make some changes with my reservation on the last minute and kathy was very easy to work with, the cleaning part though...wasn't that good, microwave was nasty, it seems like it wasn't been used for days, it yellow nasty stuff stuck in it, the bathrooms either, probably not even scrub, and for last i love to grill, so everything i took to be cooking those days was to grill and find that there's a grill but without a propane, I was very disappoint about it.

Ski trip

Went for a ski trip, but was unable to ski because of a knee injury the week previous to trip. Nice condo. Some furniture and doors are worn, but otherwise nice. Beautiful view and private hot tub. Well stocked. Difficult to get luggage in unit. You have to go down a flight of stairs, across a cat walk and back up 2 flights of stairs.

Roomy but a bit run down

Overall we had a great time at granby ranch. The condo had plenty of space, an easy check in/check out process, and decent towels/sheets. The kitchen cookware was not only limited, it was essentially unsafe- the non-stick pan was scraping off into our food. There wasn't even a salad bowl. All of the knives were completely dull. The master bathroom drain didn't drain and the shower in that bathroom never got hot. We had to use the shower off the kitchen. The door to the master bedroom didn't open/close- was stuck half closed. Decent for the price but could use a little attention.

Beautiful...except...

We really enjoyed our stay. The views are to die for and overall the atmosphere is very nice. There were a couple of disappointing things that I would have liked to have been better for the money that was spent for our stay. 1. The odor of mold/mildew as soon as you entered the condo was very pungent and strong. My son has severe allergies and asthma and I was afraid that could trigger a severe attack for him. 2. I am just going to say it...the cleanliness sucked! The kitchen appliances and backsplash were greasy and dirty, the toilets were not very clean, the throw pillows on the coach were dirty and needed to be washed. I just felt that if it is being used by guests that the cleanliness should be better so that guests don't feel like they need to come in and clean before their stay. We left the unit cleaner than we found it.

Great Family Vaca!

Loved the layout! Plenty of Seating! Could tell we were staying in someone's vacation condo that cared about their property and wanted you to enjoy your stay. We would drive to the end of the parking lot each day to make it easier to get on/off the slopes. Would definitely pick this one again if it was available next time we go to Granby!

Very nice place, clean and fully-functional.

Good value. It's an older property, but well-maintained. Must be the favorite place to stay in Granby, since many in our group chose the complex.
