Paquetes Vacacionales Incluyen Hotel y Vuelo a Grand Bend

You get what you pay for, I knew what I was getting. Could use a little help with the cleanliness; hair in the bathtub, fruit flies everywhere, and the curtains were torn up. Room seems to be half way through renovations. Could you a walk through for cleanliness. Will not stay again but served its purpose.

The hotel room was decent and clean, but there was no heat and it was cold at night. The thermostat on the wall was on, but they must have the baseboards turned off, because any adjustments I was trying to make didn't turn them on. In the morning I met someone getting coffee who also complained about how cold it was, and then I heard even more people in the hall talking about it. I understand they make a note that the heat is turned off in the summer, but October 17th is definitely not summer. Also, people should always have the option to turn on heat if they are cold. There can be summer nights when it gets cold at night, or for someone like myself with hypothyroidism, I always feel a bit cold so having adjustable heating is important. The front desk is closed after 9pm and they say only to contact for emergencies because the staff needs rest, so I didn't call because I didn't know if this would be considered an emergency.
