It was a fantastic stay. This is our 4th time to the island and this was the best location we stayed. The villa’s location is perfect, right on the sand of the beautiful Grand Case beach. It has a huge balcony looking out to the beach. The view is spectacular. It’s on the quiet side of the beach. It feels like we had the beach in front of the villa all for ourselves. It’s only a few minutes of waking to all the wonderful restaurants in Grand Case, and the shops, supermarkets and pharmacy. We rented a car but only drove to go to other beaches on some days. We could probably just do taxi for those days and not rent a car. The entrance is through a gate with remote control and you can park your card on the side way after entering the gate. The entrance is on the opposite side of the beach on the Grand Case Boulevard which is a busy street. I stoped the traffic for my husband to drive out of the gate then I hopped in the car, when we drove out. The host was prompt to respond to any inquiries.

Johnny and Cofa are AMAZING hosts. They are so accommodating, friendly, kind, and helpful. Communicate communicated with us every time we were at our state to make sure we are having a good time. The villa is so spacious relaxing right next to the beach. It’s the perfect getaway. We were in an amazing location next to locals bars, restaurants coffee shop, supermarkets. This is the real Saint Martin that you need to experience! We have met wonderful people in our neighborhood. We will definitely come back here again and very grateful for our hosts who took care of us.

This is a fantastic location. The beach is your backyard!The property is exactly as pictured on VRBO website with no AI touch-up. Cofa (our local contact) was delightful to work with. Next time we are in Saint Martin we'll make sure to schedule a little longer so we can extend our stay here. We highly recommend this property.

The location of Novels Villa is best: right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery markets in Grand Case. When you go to the left side of beach (rocky area), you can find great snorkellng place. Bring your own snorkelling gear. Although it is not luxury amenties, the house is well maintained and clean. One of the air conditioner is not working well. The washer and dryer is located outside of the house next to front door. But it is affordable and clean. We stayed comfortably for a week. I highly reccomend Novels Villa to any family looking for afforable and clean 4 bedroom house rental right on the beach.

Excellent!

We visit SXM frequently and typically stay a few doors down from this VRBO. This was our first time staying at this property with our college aged children and their significant others. This place is well equipped, clean, in an excellent location (close enough to walk to restaurants), has plenty of parking (we had 3 rental cars), the inside of the house is extremely spacious and the rear patio is right on the beach! This is an excellent choice for groups or families with children. If you’re unfamiliar with Grand Case- it’s more lively so you’ll want to choose a location away from the nightlife, there’s more traffic and you need dedicated parking, there are tons of excellent restaurants within walking distance and markets to replenish your water and groceries. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again! Loved it!

Perfect Grand Case Stay

Our group of eight had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—the beach is your backyard, and it’s within walking distance of Grand Case’s best restaurants, a supermarket (SuperU), mini-marts, and a pharmacy. Directly across the street is a place called Mimi’s that offers great food at a good price.For snorkeling, head out the back door, look left, and walk down to the rocks at the foot of the hill leading to Happy Bay. Bring your own gear!Pros: Amazing location—right on the beach! Comfortable beds and quality linens. Well-stocked kitchen with all necessary utensils. Plenty of beach chairs for everyone. Clean and well-maintained home.Cons:Hot water ran out quickly with our group.WiFi was unreliable for remote work, with occasional dropouts.Limited storage—closets but no dressers, so we kept most of our items in our suitcases, on the floor.Outdoor shower had very low water pressure, making it hard to rinse off sand.These were minor issues, and we still highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be booking again!

Great location

Amazing location! Right on the beach and an easy walk to all restaurants and the main part of grand case. Host was responsive and able to provide a baby crib, and property managers were very friendly and flexible. We really appreciated the early checkin and late checkout which made our stay so much better. We appreciated all the welcome treats and drinks! The place itself has the bare bones basics and was ok. Could use some cleaning and also better patio furniture/general decor to make it more friendly for families to truly enjoy the space. Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken and the tv in the main room had green lines running from the images, and we had some issues with bugs. Beds were comfy and clean. Four beach and bath towels were provided and there is laundry on site too.

True local experience in BEST location!!

This house was very clean, spacious, and beds super comfy! It is in the best location on the island! It is at the quieter end of Grand Case, but all within easy walking distance. We enjoyed being right on the beach with huge patio to enjoy the amazing view and beach access. Some of the best snorkeling of our trip was at the end of the beach (west end) by the rocks. The property owners were super kind and attentive. So thoughtful, they even had giant balloons and other decorations at the property, as we had shared that we were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday!

Wonderful stay in Grand Case.

We had a wonderful stay at Novels Villa. The house is even more wonderful than depicted in the photos. We were greeted by a surprise Christmas parade right in front of the house. Grand Case was warm and welcoming and the restaurants were amazing. Having the beach right off the back was incredible, and snorkeling by the pier was a real highlight. Unfortunately, the water department went on strike during our visit, but Johnny came to our rescue, tending to our needs. Sylvia was a responsive and wonderful host. The location is great, we made easy visits to Pinel Island, Orient Bay and even Anguilla. We loved it in Grand Case.

Out of this world

This property is ideal for families, located directly on the beach. Very spacious in the common area. Our host was also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this villa. We were very happy with this rental and will absolutely be renting this again!

Maison au bord de la mer, incroyable!!!

Loved the villa!

Will definitely work to stay again in the future. Listing specifies hot tub, but there is not one on the property. Totally fine because the ocean is steps away. The only thing missing is back porch or beach able chaise lounge to be able to utilize more options.
