Great location within walking distance to the cutest little Town. Of note: a lot of stairs to get to additional sleeping quarters (only one bed and couches on main level) and the most spectacular views.

Great location! across the street from the boardwalk and musical fountain, ice cream shops, restaurants. To the right is the farmers market, to the left is the pier and beach. Beautiful stairs, a lot of areas to be in, easy parking, enjoyed the balcony. It worked out great for us. Could use a little TLC.FYI for memorial weekend the VFW next door has a fun BBQ festival and music stage - the music was fabulous with talented musicians! (unless you have little kids to put to sleep because it goes until 1 am). You'll also want to leave before they block off the roads for the parade Monday - or stay and enjoy!

This was our second time at this place and enjoyed it very much. The place was very clean and had comfortable beds and a new couch with pull out bed. Convenient to many dining options and a short ride to the beach or walk out to the pier.

Great Getaway

Overall this place was a great place to stay. It was a good location, extra spacious, and you could watch the light show right from your balcony.

We planned to use the grill for dinner 5/7 nights. We open it to see a giant bird nest. One of the twin mattresses is flipped upside down with a foam pad on top. I’m guessing it’s to hide the giant pee ring on the mattress. It’s a really nice house. I don’t do bad reviews but there were so many things wrong that I can’t not say something. There was a partial roll of toilet paper in each of the three bathrooms, with no extra. The second floor tub took about 8 hours to drain after a shower. The second floor dryer did not work at all even after reading the note saying to hold the door until the light was off. The front left burner on stove didn’t work. One cheap plunger for three bathrooms. I bought a can opener. We had to use a steak knife to open cans one night. Oh and the cabinet on the left lazy Susan is held on by one hinge. We made the best of it but you really need to do better.

Fantastic downtown location!

Wonderful downtown location. Walkable to Farmers market Marina restaurants shops. Our kids loved watching the music fountain off the balcony!

Couldn't have been happier

This was exactly as described. Very convenient location, you could walk to anything. Blake was very easy to contact. The condo was very clean and extremely nice.

Fall Fun

Our family enjoys Grand Haven in the fall. This is our 5th year at the penthouse. The view and the location are both great! There's plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the weekend!

We were happy with the location and overall had a good experience. The place needs a good deep clean and some TLC (loose/exposed light switches, heavily stained carpet, sink didn’t drain correctly). We felt safe in our location and enjoyed the fountain at night (our young kids were even able to sleep through it two of the nights)

Great location!

Our family had a great time on our recent stay as its a great location! Only downfall is lots of stairs but totally worth it for the beautiful view from top floor. Would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great location with incredible view of the musical fountain!

Amazing stay at the super penthouse in Grand Haven

This was our second visit to the super penthouse. Great location near Grand Haven’s downtown and across from the musical fountain. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing weekend in Grand Haven.

Wedding Week

We were in town for my son’s wedding. This location was so close to everything. We were nice and centrally located. The penthouse is beautiful and has so much room and beautiful views from the third floor windows and balcony.

Awesome property

This property is wonderful due to its characteristic design. All three floors had their unique flavor that make staying there a wonderful experience. Blake was a awesome host that directed us where we needed to go. All of us also enjoyed the walk way just outside of our door that took us over to Portabellos that kept us warm and dry for dinner, very nice.

New Year 2023

This was our 2nd year at the penthouse for New Years. Perfect location. We really didn't need to leave the condo but had to venture out to the local bars. Great spot to watch football and fireworks.
