Everything that we expected and much more!

The house is beautiful! Located in a wonderful neighborhood that is close to the main street area of Grand Junction. There are so many great places to go and see that are just a few minutes away. Tom, is a wonderful host. The communication was perfect and there was everything you could think of in the house to make it a perfect stay. We plan on visiting the area again and we will definitely try and make reservations here again. If we could give more tgan 5 stars, we would!!!!!

It was a very VERY nice place an close to everything we were doing. I have stayed a several VRBO's and this one tops them all. There were so many little things that were done and available right in the house. We all were amazing at the detail that Tom goes through to get the house ready for guest. We were thoroughly impressed! Excellent place to stay and we bragging our accomnodations to about all 300 people that we danced with at our State Square Dance Festival!

Excellent property

Excellent property!! I can’t say enough positive things about this unit. The host was great. He included a number of “extras” with this property, such as welcome gift, muffin fixings, snack basket and much more. The location was perfect being just a few blocks from downtown. I would rent this unit again in a heart beat if I was in Grand Junction

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

We were thrilled and SO pleased with this unit! The Host/Owner had thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay perfect! From the comfort, cleanliness, beautiful kitchen, furnishings, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, shower with multiple jets to the perfect deck to enjoy the weather and have a glass of wine looking at the sunset to ALL OF THE AMENITIES this unit had! We loved the games too that were provided. I cannot say enough as it was truly the BEST place we have stayed at!

Best Stay Yet!

My family and I have stayed in several vacation rentals and this is the best one yet! Tom was a great host! Quiet little neighborhood, the home was very cozy and inviting! So many little extras from the snacks and coffee to the handwritten note and locally made chocolates! We really enjoyed our stay!!

First time in Grand Junction

We we're very impressed with the quality, luxury and cleanliness of this lovely unit. We were close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Tom was most gracious and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo with exception amenities! I almost hate to review such a great review because this is truly a gem! Location is perfect for anything you want to visit in the area. Beds were very comfortable and entire house was very well decorated. We will be back!

Quiet, Close & Beautiful

The pictures for this property don't describe how beautiful this place really is!!! It is very quiet and easy walking distance to all that Main Street Grand Junction has to offer. Our host was very easy to get in touch with when we had one small issue and took care of it ASAP. Thanks for a great stay, we will definitely stay again when we are back in GJ!

Had a fabulous time staying here! Tom went above and beyond with amenities in the house including tv streaming set up, snacks and water bottles. Additionally, it was very comfortable and clean. The porch was a huge bonus too! Would 10/10 recommend.

Great retreat spot

The property was everything that was advertised. Tom made sure that we had everything we needed, from multi use chargers at each side of the bed to welcoming chocolates. Would highly recommend this place. Easy walking to downtown.

Very nice place, great location and great host!

We stayed for 4 nights with our family and were very comfortable. The place was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The location is great for walking downtown. I was a little concerned about street parking but it really had no issue. The host was communicative and check in was a smooth process. Everything worked great with tvs and internet. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
