At our cozy cottage, we're committed to providing you with a wonderful and worry-free experience. To ensure everyone's comfort, please take note of the following important details:

Our cottage is designed to sleep up to 10 guests, making it the perfect space for larger gatherings or intimate getaways.

To keep our prices affordable, we charge additional fees only when you exceed the 6-person limit. If you plan to bring more guests, kindly notify us in good faith ahead of time, and we'll gladly accommodate them for a fee of $50 per person per night.

Please be honest with your guest count. If we discover undisclosed guests, a fee of $100 per person per night will be applied. Transparency is key to maintaining our budget-friendly approach.

In consideration of our daughter's extreme allergies, we regretfully cannot allow pets or service animals of any type. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Violating our no-pet policy may result in immediate eviction, and no refund will be provided. We appreciate your adherence to this policy for the well-being of our family.

No smoking is allowed inside the house. We will charge a $500 additional cleaning fee if you are caught smoking inside.

For your security and ours, we have a ring at the front door. This ensures a secure check-in process and adds an extra layer of safety for everyone involved.
