Poco camino del parque de Retiro

Mi casa está ubicada en 2 acres a sólo 5 minutos del centro, pero se siente como si estuvieras en el campo. Las vistas panorámicas son espectaculares y siempre cambiantes. El amanecer sobre la Mesa hace que el lugar de la mañana en el porche sea una excelente manera de comenzar el día. Igual de impresionante sería observar los colores cambiantes en Bookcliffs mientras se puede asar durante la puesta de sol. Rutas de senderismo y ciclismo rodean la casa con acceso a los lazos para el almuerzo a solo 1/8 de milla de la puerta. La casa tiene una sensación abierta, con hermosas piedras y carpintería. Hay mucho espacio para ti, tus amigos y tu familia. Una gran sala de lavandería / barro ofrece almacenamiento seguro para bicicletas y otros equipos al aire libre. Las mascotas son bienvenidas a quedarse por una tarifa de $ 40 y el exterior tiene un patio trasero cercado.

We loved our time at the Little Park Road retreat. We were there for a “working vacation” and the views we had while working were a treat. The setting is very peaceful and the house had everything we needed. Todd also gave us perfect hiking and dinner suggestions for us to enjoy in the few hours after work/before sunset. We highly recommend this stay!

Best time ever

My husband and I stayed at this property in order to visit with friends and the place we had lived for over 25 years. It was a great homecoming. We had lots of laughs and the view out the many windows allowed us to reconnect with the desert surroundings. The few glitches we had were addressed by the owner and things went smoothly. One of the nicest hosts I have dealt with when renting a house. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing views & location

The house is freaking amazing. the views unbelievable... like seriously we couldn't stop looking. The wildlife and birds were a delight. We saw baby quails and OMG are they adorable! Todd was very accommodating and so kind to walk us through the property and give recommendations. Again the views ... the views..... the views. The house has everything you need to cook I made a gourmet dinner and needed nothing from a spice, pot and utensil standpoint. The hot tub is delightful! We spent a ton of time in there while enjoying the views. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!!

Our Vacation at the Little Park Retreat

This property is perfect....everything one needs inside the house, lovely fauna, wildlife, bird-watching, sitting to see the gorgeous sunset and just flat listen to the quietness that surrounds the outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves because this paradise was away from our metro city living and noises. This location is near to downtown with its wonderful Main Street and variety of eateries. If a person wants to experience all of the above, then make a reservation NOW.

Great location, nice hot tub, fully stocked, some ongoing construction

This property was in a convenient location to Colorado National Monument and local stores. The views were beautiful, the hot tub was clean and seemed brand new. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plastic wrap, paper towels..even the bathroom had soap, shampoo...suer convenient! The downside was there was some exposed wires/insulation in the ceiling, missing baseboards, rickety/non-existent railings, small holes in the floor/tile, mismatched paint. It wasn't a deal breaker but the house could use some love. Overall it met our needs

Tranquil Hideaway

Comfortable and relaxing

Truly a home away from home. It was so nice to be able to access trails for hiking and biking easily and quickly. The view is fantastic. The home itself is clean and comfortable. Todd is great! Willing to make sure your needs are met! Definitely recommend.

Amazing getaway!

If you're looking for the best little place outside of town, this has to be in consideration. From the owner to the property itself, my wife and I had zero complaints. Todd (owner) called me and walked me through how to enjoy the house amenities, such as heated floors, and spa. Where I could find a great hike, and restaurants. Just very good wholesome experience. The property is so beautiful, it's just amazing to watch the sunrise from the spa and just take it all in. Thanks for a great stay!
