Graduation family weekend

This was a great spot for our family to gather for graduation weekend in GJ! Nearby park with pickle ball courts that we visited to play 3x while there. Great open space for us to hang out together. Plenty of rooms and beds.

Awesome house and location

The house was perfect. We did a golf trip to Redlands Mesa and the location was great, nice kitchen and deck, plenty of space.

The house is beautiful and in a fantastic neighborhood close to everything you need. It also has plenty of room for a large family to spread out.There are a few items that need to be addressed by owners. The thermostat was locked down so we couldn’t control the temp upstairs and it was way too hot. The master bedroom shower and sinks only get luke warm water. Also, the house was under stocked. There were no dish towels, dish clothes or cleaning supplies. We had to buy paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods. All hand soap bottles were filled with water to dilute soap. There weren’t many wash clothes. Also, one bed in the basement is in need of repair and the mattress cover cleaned.

Great location!

Loved the location for such easy access to Lunch Loops for our group of mountain bikers. The house was clean and accommodated us all well! The kitchen was especially great for hanging out with our whole group. We’d definitely book this house again!

I would love to give this home a 5 star rating - it is absolutely lovely and very clean. It easily accommodated our extended family for the weekend and was close to all the hiking trails that we were interested in. I removed one star (would prefer it to be 1/2 star) because a washing machine delivery was scheduled for Saturday morning. A text was sent later Friday evening to let us know it would be delivered at 7:00 am. However, I did not see the text until after the delivery truck arrived at 7:00 am waking our family up who had arrived late Friday night. If it had been delivered anytime after 9:00, I wouldn't have cared, but to have our family weekend get- together interrupted at 7:00 am is inconsiderate. Both the host and the management company apoligized profusely.

Great House for a group

This house was great as a home base for our extended family. Great location, easy access to amazing hiking, lots of space for our extended family to gather for a wedding in Grand Junction. House was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied. Would recommend highly.

Large Modern House

This newer, large house is situated in a great neighborhood on the way to Monument National Park. It can comfortably accommodate a group of eight people. However, since this is an "Investment Property" managed by a third party, it lacks the attention to detail, and quality typically found in VRBO listings.

This was an excellent home base for our extended family while we attended our niece’s wedding. Great location right beside the Monument, close to hiking trails and GJ. Well equipped with plenty of the necessary supplies. Modern, clean, and spacious. We loved our stay. Communication with host was very easy. Highly recommend.

The home is new and beautiful. We were in town for my dads 100th birthday. Kind of a family reunion. The home was perfect, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. We all loved the kitchen so we could cook and eat together. Wonderful!! Thank you.

Room galore and close to CNM!

Our group of ten loved staying at this well appointed home. Only one couple in the group so we needed plenty of beds and this home had plenty for all. We really appreciated the luxurious and spacious bathrooms that matched up perfectly with our bedroom Jenga:) And as we were in the area to see both Colorado National Monument and Arches we were THRILLED to see CNM was only 5 minutes away! The huge livings spaces and kitchen along with a spacious deck allowed us to enjoy our time together. We highly recommend!
