  • Welcome to our wonderful 2BD/2BA rental in Grand Junction, CO! Our home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and two private bedrooms, you’ll have everything you need to feel right at home. Plus, our location can’t be beat - we’re just minutes from downtown GJ, where you’ll find great restaurants, boutique shopping, and entertainment venues. Book your stay today and experience the best of Western Colorado!

    The house is the perfect combination of style, function, and convenience. The space retains its vintage charm with its original wood windows, restored hardwood floors, and open layout.

    The space sleeps six (6) comfortably, with one queen bed and four twin-size beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, perfect for couples, groups, and families.

    As a guest, you can expect a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi (400 mbps), computer workspace, living room with a flat screen TV, a kids lounge with books, games, and a retro gaming console.

    The property offers off-street parking, guest-specific door codes, a security system (optional for guests), and expansive private outdoor space/patio. Because it’s a vintage cottage in the downtown area, expect the creaks, noises, drafts, and the occasional train whistles.

This property had a great location, within walking distance to downtown Grand Junction, coffee shops and restaurants. The vintage furniture was cool, rooms were clean and the AC worked great and was a lifesaver in the hot GJ weather. Parking in the back was handy and plenty for 2 vehicles. Communication with the host was timely and accurate. Would recommend for 2 adults and 2 to 4 kids.

This house had everything we needed and then some. Everything was as described and the tea and coffee were a great touch. Location was desirable for walking to downtown. Property owner’s communication was excellent and responsive. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Grand Junction

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Junction. The house was clean, nice and comfortable. It was just a short walk to downtown where we found some great restaurants. I would stay there again if we go back.

Work and Play Getaway

The property was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, do laundry and walkable to downtown attractions! Trails are only minutes away as well.

Thanksgiving with granddaughter and family

We had a wonderful time. Place was close to everything. Downtown was all lit up for the holidays. Was beautiful. Had beautiful weather also. Place was perfect for us. Would come back again.

Grand Junction Stay

Property is beautiful and perfectly situated near downtown. Unfortunately, some of the neighboring properties and tenants were a little sketchy, but nothing threatening. Overall, nice stay.

Swim weekend

I stayed here with my daughter during a weekend swim meet at the university. The house was adorable - we loved it! There was plenty of space for us and the kitchen was great for preparing meals. We loved the character of the house and it was conveniently located near the university. We would definitely stay here again!

Accommodating accomodations

The location was great - easy walk to center of Grand Junction and close to so many sites. The owners were very responsive to questions and our needs. We would definitely re-use this home

After spending several nights in hotels on our ten day vacation The Abbott House was a breath of fresh air. It felt like home walking inside. We were delighted to find a booster seat for the dining chairs and a kids area with bean bags and books. We were able to walk down town for food and events. We would definitely recommend staying here.
