“Big points for cute decor , cleanliness and having everything we could need. The lake views were not as I had hoped but the grounds and landscaping of the property was lovely. We had hoped to rent a boat and see the lake but that was a flop given the super low lake levels and the boat rental office was never open when we were there. Wish we could’ve re-located this unit to Lake Grand instrad”

“It was a lovely condo. A great fuse of the lake of the mountains. We love the way you decorated the condominium. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds, ground squirrels, and relaxing on the deck with a cup of coffee. Very peaceful and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Highly recommend this condominium if we come back to grand Lake, we will stay here again.”

“This unit was clean and not far at all from the lake, shops and restaurants. Was a little disappointed in the “kitchenette”. Was expecting to be able to cook a meal but was limited with only a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and small refrigerator. The Rapids Restaurant next door was very delicious!”

Beautiful property we could tell was well cared for and thoughtfully set up for all ages - we were pleasantly surprised to even find kids dinner ware, baby gates, a booster chair, kids bath toys, and baby monitor! We would love to return to this property and recommend 100%.”
