Conveniently located rustic cabin.
Good location near downtown. Friendly and welcoming owner. This is a very basic, rustic cabin which was fine for a one night stay. It could use some "refreshing." Our cabin had a very firm bed which didn't allow for a good night's sleep. It was surprisingly expensive for the quality.

Quiet Mountain Getaway
Great little place to stay, friendly owners. Nice little cabins close to Downtown Grand Lake. All the ammenities of a hotel without the hassel. I stayed in the Elk Cabin.

Cute place, quiet and convenient to town. easy parking. Nice firepit outside and good hot tub.

Overall cleanliness okay at best. Kitchen cabinets and kitchen area needed new paint or general upgrade. Most of cabin has good upgrades and is very comfortable.

This place was just okay. Nothing wrong for 2 nights. Would have liked if the heating stove turned off completely. Bathroom functioned but was small. Old school cabins in a small town.

Cute and rustic cabin. Very clean but old. Not enough electrical outlets, and not in convenient places. Gail was an excellent hostess and took care of everything we needed.

Gayle the manager was very nice and helpful. The cabin was exactly like the pictures. My only complaint was there was no AC and I didn't see that when I reserved it.

Great place to spend quality time with family! Owner gave us a great tour of the cabin when we arrived. It was so clean and had everything a person would need. We loved making smores over the fire. It was the perfect night before a great day in Rocky Mountain National Park!

Grand Lake fun!
Our cabin was clean, quiet, convenient, and we had all we needed for the stay. Gail was super nice---explained everything. A couple of suggestions....it'd be nice to have electrical outlets in the bedroom (a lamp for bedtime reading) and some extra towels (it was rainy so we had to use a few for wet dog/dirty shoe duty). We loved our cabin!

this was a dated cabin in Grand Lake CO. with the bare necessities and a tiny t.v. that did not work. The grounds were shabby and we pulled up the car on gravel in front of the cabin.

Exceeded expectations
The cabin was more than we had expected. It was stocked with everything necessary from bedding to kitchen utensils and cookware. The hosts were accessible and helpful. We are already planning to return in the spring.

The property was very clean but also very old. it reminded me of an old cottage on a lake from when I was a kid in the 60's. We used the pull out sleeper sofas and were given sheets to make our own beds and were required to strip them and put the couches back OR be charged a $45 cleaning fee. No problem there it just seemed a little weird. Overall I like the place and would stay there again. If I was their for more than one night though, it would be nice to have a TV bigger than 25" mounted on a wall more than 12' away from the main couch.
