“We absolutely fell in love with the Bear's Den and felt right at home. The owners spared no expense and definitely have an eye for detail. It was very enjoyable for us to spend a few days celebrating our Anniversary in this secluded location, but still nearby to Tofte and Lake Superior. The views out the front door as we headed out for runs were superb and even had a great view of the Lake. Our hosts were extremely quick to respond and helped with any questions we had. “The Mökki cabin was a breath of air and a wonderful getaway. Bathing in the sauna was unexpectedly refreshing, be sure to keep the sauna steamy while you wash up! The cabin is a stroll away from the historic Hovland dock which is great for fishing or watching the sunset. Will definitely be back!”

“We had the best stay at the Sweetwater West suite! The suite was a great size and appointed well. The bed was comfy, plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped with cooking essentials. The bathroom was awesome. Hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. Cute shops, the beautiful lake and restaurants are just steps outside the door. We will be back!”
