“We came looking for a camping spot for the solar eclipse. Our site was tucked away at the end of a huge field on a small peninsula with a running river nearby. The camping was amazing, the ground was nice and soft for our tents and we could build the campfire up with an endless supply of firewood. The stars were on full display as there wasnt much light pollution in this area. Taking a splash in the fast and cool river was a highlight. “This double yurt is in a private area of the farm that is accessible by car and has plenty of space inside to spread out and relax. The Finnish sauna by the pond is a must and the shower by the farmhouse, a short walk away, is a great addition. There is a BBQ for cooking but we did use our own little camp stove for morning coffee and toast. A great back to nature experience with a view across the fields. ”

“We checked in pretty late due to traffic. But we had Wayne come out and give us the run down on the place. He didn't leave anything out. The communication with the host was unmatched. Super friendly and amazing the whole stay. If we needed anything they were there right away. The even brought out toys for our daughter to play with. Would definitely stay here again.
