“The condo was great and worked well for our family of 13 (6 adults and 7 kids ages 12-4). It was our first time to the Okoboji area; it was mid January - it was a very cold weekend and the crowds were minimal. We arrived on Friday late afternoon/evening and left Sunday morning. The Boji Splash water park was very busy, but the water for the 2 large slides, pool with basketball & lily pads and the lazy river was freezing due to a boiler problem, but we made the best of it.
