“I was impressed with this facility. The rooms are nice and the lobby is beautiful. We stayed here while traveling through Cheyenne. The power was out in Cheyenne due to a bad windstorm. Luckily, power was restored to the hotel about an hour prior to our arrival. The staff provided sandwiches free of charge since their restaurant and most restaurants in the city were closed.”

“Staff professional but not that friendly. Not too impressed that in the off season we were not allowed to use the pool or check in till 2pm. We arrived at noon. Had the place been full I would have appreciated the wait for the room. Seems petty to not at least allow guests to use the pool until the room is ready. Exterior needs a facelift. Lobby is not inviting , very dark low ceiling, it needs to be on the second floor . Advertisement for the facility is not that great when you google it. ”
