Please note that events are not permitted on the property. Public parking is available 100 m from the house, with the option to approach closer with small cars. Access is via a pedestrian path up to 100 m. Check-in and check-out times are flexible to suit your needs upon prior arrangement. Public transport is easily accessible.



The owners live on-site in a separate apartment on the first floor with a private entrance. Menaggio is only a 10-minute drive away, while the beaches of Porlezza on Lake Lugano can be reached in 12 minutes (about 8 km). Nearby, you will find famous historic villas and gardens. Local experiences such as horseback riding lessons, guided bike tours, golf courses, and swimming lessons are available. In July and August, the area offers many events and evening festivals.
