“Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!”

“The location of the cabin was very convenient to a good amount of wineries. We visited 9 and didn’t have to drive any further than maybe 20 minutes, many of them were within a 5 minute drive. “Gary’s place was just what the doctor ordered. Cozy and clean, well-stocked, and secure. “My wife and I had a great time exploring the finger lakes region. Staying in this cabin was a great locatiin to the two of the larger lakes. I wanted to stay away from people and this cabin fit that perfrctly. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the lakes. Everything was clean and a fully stocked kitchen. Would absolutely recommend this place to stay to anyone wanting peace and quiet. Thank you so much for offering this hidden gem.”

“This was the perfect place for a Romantic Getaway! A beautiful home, with a beautiful view - topped off with fireplaces, a fire pit and a hot tub! The quiet, private locale allowed the best opportunity to step away from a hectic life to focus on each other. There is an adorable Alpaca farm around the corner for animal lovers and a short ride to the finger lakes to explore. The gorgeous Watkins Glen is also nearby! The home baked bread and fresh eggs waiting for us made us feel more than welcome....

“Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.”

“Nice, clean place. Enough room for two of us and a dog (plus its crate). The covered back porch came in handy to allow us to still enjoy the lake view during an afternoon of rain. Parking could be a little tricky if you have a large vehicle like our F150, but we managed.”

“We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend.”
