“Our room had a lots of blackout curtains but no windows at all. It never says during booking that no windows. It’s awful and very disappointing. The room is so small. It’s not family friendly at all. Only the lication is good.”

“The hotel is not bad. The room my fiance and I got wasn't terrible. It was clean, no need for aircon, the fan kept our room cool. It would've been great if our room had internet, be advised, NO INTERNET IN ALL ROOMS. For the price we should at least have wifi, no one wants to sit in a hallway or lobby just to connect to wifi. I will say the place feels ancient. Like the 2nd floor outside area geels ligeless. The hround floor lobby was not too bad but the rest of the building felt like it was...

“The bed was so uncomfortable that I had to purchase Ibuprofen for my back pain!! There is NO elevator so be prepared to climb MANY STAIRS. ”

“The host are accommodating, we arrived at the CV transient around 1am, they let us check in still (we late due to our schedule availability and travel schedule). The place is simple, what you see is what you get. There is a fan in the room, you won't need AC since the temperature in Baguio is cold. Cons: The water heater is not working all the way through it will be hot for like a minute and then it's gonna be cold again, hopefully this will be fixed either way the place is good.”

“Its very easy to find and its close to The Mansion. The room are nice except the floors in one bedroom is outdated and needs replacements. Theres no knives or chopping board in their kitchen.Rhe crew are very nice and very attentive. Will recommend for the family. The room are big enough for 8 people. We will definitely stay again if we come back.”

“Problem about the noise during quiet hours, encountered pest in the room and no water the next day. Also no flushes in the toilet. Aside from being pet friendly (P350 fee) and kind staff who really apologized for all the inconvenience and stated all were "Noted" , I cannot think for other positives about this place. I just hope they really do something about the noise, water problem and cleanliness of the place.”

“First of all. The staff. Was very good. They answered all my questions. And took care of all my needs. The hotel itself. Is an older hotel. It has a lot of problems. Cockroaches. Ant's. No T, VS in the room. No refrigerators in the room. No screens on the windows. No air con. The interior of the room looked very outdated, with a lot of patches on the walls and the ceilings uncared for. But overall? It was comfortable. The only amenities? Was hot water and coffee.”
