“Lovely one bedroom side-apartment. Nice, well stocked, kitchen. Cozy living room with a wonderful view of the lovely, lush, well maintained gardens. Comfy bed that is in a quiet country setting. We felt safe and protected with the owners next door. We would gladly stay again.”

“I did have trouble with my code not working to get into cottage. The manger was very helpful and reset it for me.(This was at 10p). Very nice place. The bed was comfortable but placed in a space just big enough for the bed so hard to make and get in and out of. The microwave was too high for me to reach. Very private and quiet place and would stay there again.”

“Nice layout, worked well for our needs. Beautiful view out the front door. This is a pet friendly location. Keep this in mind if you have allergies. The only drawback I had with it was the amount of animal hair hiding in places. I don’t hold this against them because as I said I knew it was pet friendly. Owner was very friendly and a great host! Would stay again!”

“Overall, we had a great time staying at this beautiful property. The river was wonderful and the swimming pool was perfection on the 107 degree days. The only thing that caught us a bit off guard was the resident on property had a dog. It would have been great to know there would/could be a dog roaming the yard before booking. We didn’t know this information until right before our trip, so we wouldn’t have been able to cancel without losing money. We hardly saw the friendly pup, but as a dog...

“We had a great stay while visiting family in Medford. We wanted a place on the river. This was perfect. Plenty of kitchen space to cook, it was very clean, easy to find and was very comfortable. Smart TV a plus, good wifi. Overall we enjoyed out stay and will book again!”

“Very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Rooms were seperated by a bathroom so it was very quiet. No road noise, no barking dogs and no Roosters. My only suggestions are they need to put anti slip strips in the bath tubs/showers. They were very slippery and my friend did slip and fall. I also would like black out curtains in the bedrooms, as it was too bright when the sun came up. Everything else was easy and wonderful, I highly recommend it!”
