The property was very clean and inviting. Checking in and out was simple, and the house is in a great location that felt safe. The only issue we had was the coffee maker not being fully functional. There was another family (possibly caretakers of the home?) that were also staying in the house downstairs behind locked doors, which we weren't expecting. Overall it wasn't an issue, but there were times that we heard them and it was very confusing to us at first, as we were unaware of others staying in the house. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Overnight Stay 1 day from California

We grabbed this large House for an overnighter from California. There were 8 of us towing trailers so we needed a large house that could keep all of us and our toys together. Check in was easy, I downloaded the DACK App as instructed. As we were only staying for 1 night, my review is limited. The Home was large, clean and fairly new. Neighborhood was quiet, and easy to find. As our usage was limited, there were only a couple issues we noticed. WiFi is really slow, like DSL slow. Barely ran their TV's without buffering. Downloaded emails from our laptops slowly also.Another priority of ours was security, we had all kinds of Gear for our Trip in Tow and we noticed the back door lockset was broken, maybe from a prior break-in? Idk, but the lockset was jacked up. Although no issue occurred, the Locks should be easily operable for any visit I'd think.Refrig ice maker is nonoperable, the 4 trays were empty in it's palce. No bueno.It was the perfect 1/2 way point of our Trip to Moab. We were easily able to navigate in, grab some chinese food within walking distance, and continue onward to our final destination. I would not pretend to know why things don't work correctly in someone else's house, but there were some issues that would have been unbearable if I stayed longer than overnight.Oh, I hope you'd like the Horses in the Backyard also :( They roam freely throughout the Property.

A Mixed Bag

My family, which includes my husband, our six children, their spouses, and one grandchild, stayed at the property for six nights. Here are the pros and cons.Pros: The home is clean and spacious. It is located on a lovely culdesac. The beds are comfy, and each bedroom has a cute theme. Cons: It was way overpriced! I see they brought the price down since I reserved the property, and I would surely like a refund. The water isn't hooked up to the fridge, so there is no filtered water or ice. Some of the blinds are broken, and the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom fell off the wall. There are no rods in the closets near the entrance to hang coats. The master closet is locked for the "owner's use only." The master bedroom has a keypad on the door; no one knows the passcode. When I messaged the hosts about it, they said, "Be careful not to lock yourselves out." The internet is slow, even with only a handful of people using it. The clothes dryer didn't work; when I messaged the hosts about it, they asked if I had tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. They did not offer to send a technician. Eventually, they did send one, but only after I requested it. Generally, the home is lovely and has tons of potential. However, I cannot recommend it as the hosts were not eager to help us with any problems we encountered.

Great stay for our large family

Very nice home for our large family over Thanksgiving weekend. Large and very comfortable master bedroom. The other bedrooms are nice as well but of course much smaller. We had children from age 8 to 15 and they loved staying together in the top floor bedroom with all the twin beds up there. 3 bathrooms, two on the main floor and one on the bottom floor, with all the bedrooms down there would be nice to have an additional bathroom. Our kids loved visiting the two horses in the back yard. Trampoline back there, not sure if we were supposed to use but kids had fun on it. Lots of room for eating a meal with our large group. Large table which seats a lot and a bar (actually two bars). Ice and water in the refrigerator not working, which was disapointing but they had ice trays in freezer. Don't love the fact that check out later and check in earlier costs additional fees. Usually in a motel that is not the case. We did have to message host for some additional bathrooom supplies but they were prompt in taking care of that! Garbage situation is a bit hard. There were 12 of us so garbage mounts up quickly and there is only one garbage can outside which filled quickly for us. We didnt realize we needed to take out to curb for pickup on Friday, so sorry for that! Overall it was a great experience for our family and very comfortable stay!

The home is very beautiful and set up perfectly for our bunch. All of my siblings had their own room. I could not say enough good about our stay and if we head back down that way to do some more rock hounding we will hope to stay here again.
