Très belle vue et soleil au rdv ! Calme assuré. Merci à nos hôtes Stéphane et Sandra pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur discrétion tout au long de notre séjour. “La table et le canapé du salon étaient très inconfortables. Il n'y avait pas de savon fourni et les couverts de la cuisine étaient sales. Les chambres étaient propres mais la propriété est mal équipée. Ne recommanderais pas pour un long séjour. Cependant, l’appartement est très central.”

“Mit der Wohnung waren wir zufrieden, es war so ziemlich alles vor Ort. Leider fehlte in der Beschreibung, daß eine Kaution von 300 Euro fällig wird( was nicht das Problem ist), aber für uns gehört es dazu, das man es bereits bei der Buchung erfährt. Desweiteren wurde wir ca 10 Tage vorher angeschrieben, ob wir Bettwäsche benötigen, ja klar. Ungefähr 5 Tage vor der Reise, erhielten wir eine Nachricht, Bettwäsche ist bereit und Bitte an eine Kaution von 300 Euro denken. Okay, bei unserer Ankunft...

“Het was een accommodatie met alles wat je nodig hebt. Kleine keuken en badkamer met een ruime slaapkamer en een hele grote tuin met een groot zwembad. Bij het zwembad waren ligbedjes met kussens aanwezig en wat plekjes om te zitten. Was ideaal! Alles was dichtbij, het strand was nog geen 5 min lopen, dit geld ook voor het openbaar vervoer en de winkel. De bussen reden best vaak en helemaal langs de promenade waardoor je overal makkelijk kon komen. Kort om een super fijn verblijf gehad!”

“Wonderful place with pool and private walk-in. The apartment is very nice, all equipment and amenities were in terrific working order. Short walk to the beach, and pretty close to the Old Town of Antibes as well (about 20 minutes). Property management is very nice and communicative. Would definitely recommend a stay here!”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it.”

“This apartment is in a perfect location to explore the Côte d'Azur region. You are a short train ride away from many destinations and you can easily drive to the rest. We played 6 different golf courses and enjoyed walks along the ocean in Antibes”

“Am schönsten war die Aussicht von der riesigen Dachterrasse, die Ruhe (leise trotz gelegentlicher Flugzeuge und der Bahnlinie), Umgebung und Lage. Die Wohnung und Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekomnen. Empfehlung: Mückenschutz an den Fenstern und Terrassentüren, Kopfkissen für Allergiker auch für die Erwachsenen. Keine Wolldecken, sondern allergikergeeignete Decken bei den Kindern. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in naturnaher Umgebung! Grandioser Blick!”

“Von Buchen bis zur Rückzahlgung der Kaution lief alles reibungslos. Wir kamen erst in der Nacht an, auch da war da check-in kein Problem da die Schlüssel im Nachtressor abgeholt werden konnten. Das Apartment und das Haus sind sehr schön. Ein grosser Plus ist die Garage. Dia Parkplatz lage ist sehr schlecht, daher ist eine eigene Garage Goldwert. Das Appartment liegt 15-20 Geh Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Zum Antibes selbst, man sollte auf jeden Fall auf die andere Seite des Hügels gehen, der...

“My family of 6 stayed here and it worked well during our visit to the south of France. The pool was great, and usually empty, the condo was clean, and the beds comfortable. It's close to town and has a grocery story within a 5 minute drive. We stayed here and explored everywhere from Antibes to the Italian Border. Internet is included and speeds were good.”

“Es un hotel muy aceptable, una vista grandiosa al mar de la costa azul, una ubicación muy conveniente entre el aeropuerto y el centro antiguo de Niza, extraordinariamente bien comunicado por autobús y por tranvías, precio competitivo, habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar con ellos.”
