This beautiful apartment is nestled in a lush green setting. You will have access to two terraces for moments of relaxation and conviviality.
You will also have access to the property's infinity pool, which offers a panoramic view of the heights of Grasse and the sea.
The apartment has an independent entrance from the house.

You are a 5-minute drive from shops and restaurants, and 25 minutes from the beaches by car.

The accommodation consists of:
- A bedroom with a 140x190 double bed with a garden view.
- A bathroom with a shower.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine, kettle, and washing machine.
- A living room bathed in light, equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a table for your meals. The living room opens directly onto the outdoor terrace.

The accommodation has electric fans.

You will have access to two terraces with a table for your meals and sun loungers.

Wifi throughout the accommodation.
Bed linen and bath towels provided.
Non-smoking accommodation and parties are prohibited.

Guest access
You can park your vehicle safely at the bottom of the accommodation within the property.
