“We were comfortable in our room but we found it unusual that the cleaning staff weren’t cleaning rooms until very late in the day. So the first day we said just leave our room for today but we do require a few things (TP and coffee). Other than that our room was never refreshed at all. The front of the property had two lovely patio sets however staff had overlooked cleaning them, so we gave them a quick brush off so we could use them. “Lottie’s Loft had everything you need for a short break or a long break . The property was spotless , lovely and warm , central to everything in Grassington and I would highly recommend and not hesitate to book again . A lovely welcome gift of wine , chocolate and crisps was much appreciated along with the tea , coffee and sugar . Fully deserved the 5 stars .
Also no need to use your car , lovely local walks and a fantastic bus service .”
