Despite the very quiet and private location, it will only take you 5 minutes by car to reach the shores of the lake and all the services (restaurants, bars, beaches).



You will also have free access to the entire garden of the farmhouse next to the apartment, and here you can book the biosauna, whirlpool and treatments at the wellness center every day from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm. (Biosauna, hydromassage and wellness treatments not included in the booking price, you can book and pay for your treatment directly on site).



The road to reach the accommodation has a narrow point (200cm). You can also reach the house via a second road that passes through the woods (completely asphalted and cemented, so nothing too challenging), the view you will enjoy once you arrive will fully compensate for this small problem. Before arrival we will provide you with all the detailed information depending on your car, and if you really don't feel like it, you can still leave it in a public car park less than two minutes away on foot.



The accommodation has a complete kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle and espresso machine;



To complete the living area we find a dining table, two sofas and a TV.



The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe to store all your clothes.



There are two bathrooms: the one on the first floor has a toilet, sink, shower and bidet, while the one in the sleeping area also has a bathtub.



The house has a reserved parking space just out the door.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.
