With a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable seating throughout, the home is set up for both meals and downtime.

The Gravois Arm is known for boating, floating, and easy access to quieter coves as well as busier entertainment spots. By land, you're a short drive to Laurie for grocery stores, casual dining, and local shops, with additional golf courses and lake-area attractions nearby.

• Strict quiet hours are required at this property out of respect for the neighbors.
• Loud, bachelor, bachelorette, or stag/hen parties are not allowed. The property policy is to refuse certain booking for the purpose of group events including stag/bachelor and hen/ bachelorette parties. Responsible and respectful gatherings are permitted.
• This property is accessed through a mix of paved and gravel roads. Drivers may encounter steep hills and narrow roadways. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
