I was at Mabene Haus for a professionnal stay and it was situated very close to my destination but also close to the city center (10 minutes by walk). This was very convenient! Furthermore, everything was perfect : property of the room and of the building, kindness of the people, the breakfast (proposed with a supplement). I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Eher Motel als Hotel. Kein wirkliche Rezeptionstheke. Mit merkwürdigen Steckdosen neben den Betten wurden wir irgendwie den Eindruck nicht los, dass die Zimmer noch einen andere Funktion haben könnten.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, kurze Wege ins Zentrum, Parkplätze am Wochenende ok da keine Gebühr; die Reinlichkeit könnte definitiv besser sein. Auch der Duschvorhang im Bad/Dusche ist keine gute Idee, das ganze Boden im Bad schwimmt danach....... Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, wir hatten ohne gebucht

Zentrumsnahes, freundliches Haus
Zentrumsnahe, kleine und gemütliche Unterkunft - passend für Trips nach Graz. Nach dem Umbau (den mir das Haus vorab bekannt gegeben hat und mit dem ich kein Problem hatte) wird es ein ganz nettes Haus für Graz-Besuche sein.

Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes und freundlich geführtes ruhiges Hotel, mit kurzem Fußweg (ca. 15 min.) zur Altstadt. Der Aufenthalt dort ist angenehm, die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und funktional.

Localização ótima
Gostamos do hotel, limpo, organizado, tem uma cozinha boa, quarto amplo, banheiro grande só o chuveiro que é ruim. Ficamos a 15 minutos da estação de trem, pertinho do centro e de sipermecado. Fizemos varios passeios em Graz a pé. Tudo muito perto do hotel.

Scheinbar ehemaliges Geriatriezentrum.
Im Zimmer befinden sich die Taster für den Schwesternruf. Bett mit Rollen. Der Eindruck: Sauber aber leider auch ich hab das Gefühl in einem Spital zu sein bzw. Rehabilitationszentrum Frühstück für 11€ entspricht meiner Meinung nach auch nicht dem gängigen Preis Leistungsniveau. Keine Parkplätze vorhanden, Garage gegen 12€ pro Tag. Außen Kurzparkzone max Parkdauer 3 Std.

La nostra vacanza a Graz è stat molto bella. L'albergo Haus Morene è stato così come promesso. La camera pulita e spaziosa. Il servizio impeccabile. Le ragazze alla recepito molto gentili e premurose. La colazione a pagamento di 11,00€ a persona all'altezza delle promesse, molto ricca ed abbondante.

Nice hotel near the math department
I was visiting the Technical University of Graz for an academic visit, and booked the hotel because it is near the math building. It's a nice little quaint hotel suitable for a short stay. It is very close to the city centre and many of the major sightseeing locations of Graz are within walking distance. I didn't eat at the hotel at all but there is a wide assortment of restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und dennoch zentrumsnah gelegen. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war eher ein Appartement mit 2 Schlafräumen, Kochecke und geräumigem Badezimmer. Perfekt mit Kind(ern). Alles sauber, teilweise etwas abgenutzt. Dürfte früher mal eine Klinik oder ähnliches gewesen sein (Halterungen im Bad, Notrufknopf etc. ist noch vorhanden). Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet! Eventuell könnte man noch 1-2 weitere Kinderstühle anschaffen... Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel für einen Wochenendtrip.

Helt ok, inget lyxhotell direkt. Det bästa är läget. Om man kommer med bil måste man boka en plats via hotellet vilket inte framgick på Expedia.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Innenstadt in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Graz ist eine wundervolle Stadt. Wir waren schon das zweite mal hier. Die Grazer sind gemütlich wie wir Bayern. Sehr schöne Lokale und ein super Essen.

Egentligen heter hotellet Hotel Aton (ex Garni).
Helt okey hotel samt område beaktat prisläge. Negativt, och inte helt oväsentligt med tanke på det varma vädret, var att det föreföll sakna ac på rummen.

Nice hotel close to the down town of Graz.
Originally this certain hotel was remodle from a hospital. therefore when you go into the room the furnitures and the bathroom just look if you are in a five start patient room . Also because of this reson I had a lot of space for a stander room. Furthermore, the location near bus, cable car station and only 10 minuts away from down town by walking. Plus, free brakfast service as if you are in a 5 start hotel and have various options. Overall, this is a perfect hotel to stay for your trip in Graz.

This hotel is very colse to down town of Graz.
This is first time that I ever have chance to visit European country. The capital of the music; Austria. This hotel just like the spiritual of Europ; warm and enthusiastic. I will suject those traveler when you visiting Graz, Austria this certain hotel is your best choice. Nearby location has the main theme attration; Clock Tower, a lot of international tourist group and traveler main stopping place. The hotel has house like design: you could find everything you need that in the each room, as matter of fact a lot of storage spaces enough for your needs. Breakfast is free but serve as if you are stay in a five start hotel. i am in Vienna as I am writting this review, but I will return sme location when I go back to Graz.

Wir sind nach Rezeptionsschluss angekommen, aber durch Absprache mit dem Rezeptionisten war das kein Problem. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt im Haus Mobene sehr gut gefallen!
