“This hotel suited our needs. It was clean, in a good location, had plenty of useful amenities, had a great pool and friendly staff. However, if you are looking for flash....this is not the place. It is very tired and probably needs an upgrade. If you are looking for a safe, basic place to stay with a BBQ area and pool then this place is okey. We would probably stay again if ever we are back in Cairns. ”

“The place is very convenient but there are people each night making noise either talking, singing, and screaming. Ms. Rosa was very helpful for assisting us for the local tours. I will give her a 5 stars ”

“PROs: -The PalmView unit is decorated lovely. -Fantastic for a 1-2 day break if driving Cairns to Brisbane. -Safe off street parking CONs: -It is not close to any cafes or restaurants and the beach isn’t great -They are bit tight on provisions like one 50ml UHT milk for two. - The room can accommodate three people, but the sofa is too small should 3 people want to watch TV. - Also some softer lighting via a floor lamp in the living would be good. ”

“Absolutely beautiful property. The apartment has a contemporary design, very nice, on the harbor, not the ocean/ beach. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching boats arrive and leave. Simon was helpful and personable. The only negative is I didn't receive arrival information until after we arrived but we located Simon and all was good. Thanks for the great restaurant information. The Pub was excellent!”

“First family holiday with a 1.5 year old and this place was perfect. Spacious 2 bedroom unit, everything we needed to cook and keep up with washing. Pool was a hit with the little one as well as the wildlife in the beautiful gardens. Management of resort were great to communicate with. Would stay here again!”

“Cocos is lovely. It’s our new favourite in the Cairns beaches area. The apartment is spacious and has a well equipped kitchen and laundry, which is perfect for our family. The location is ideal, as it os close to the shops, restaurants and beach. Overall amazing value and we are very happy. ”

“La ubicación es excelente directo a la Promenade y junto a la zona de tiendas y restaurantes, servicios muy buenos y habitación suficientemente grande y espaciosa, aunque había sensación de humedad en la habitación es lo mismo que en Cuba, Domicana o Miami, el baño, grande y espacioso y con un extractor muy potente.”

“wifi gratis dura 10min. después te quieren cobrar 15 dólares cada media hora. pésimo el servicio del hotel. la atención en el front desk, pésima, d mala gana. no volvería a este resort de ninguna manera.”
