“Had a 3 night stay here early September 2021, the hosts were very helpful and friendly, the building in general and my room was in good condition and clean and the breakfast was cooked well and delicious. The room was a bit small but the beer cooler in it was a nice touch and kept my tins of beer cold for the time I was there. There is no dedicated car parking in the grounds of the Guest House but Parking Permits for each day are given to you to park on the streets surrounding the Guest House...

“Not good at all this place no longer exists it’s now a care home came for a family holiday to be left out on the street awaiting another hotel to book in and having to pay for another holiday and paid out twice despite my age and my health this is totally unacceptable and should not even be advertised on here to take your Money and not get the goods ”

Good position away from the main Great Yarmouth area but very easy walk to get there (10 minutes slow walk).Only place I've stayed in where you can't have food or alcohol in the room but rules is rules and i saw that from reading reviews before we booked so happy to conform. “Stayed for a Saturday night, room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The Collingwood is right in the heart of Great Yarmouth, good location, staff very helpful, parking costs £3.00 for 24 hours, quite easy to fins a parking space near the Guest House, defiantly would stay at The Collingwood again.”

“I stayed here for work and found it a perfect location. Steve was very good with communication and answering all my questions. The room was very modern with lots of gadgets which could be a little tricky but once you got the hang of it was all ok. I stayed 4 nights and looked to re book the same room the following week but unfortunately it had gone. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. ”
