“The villa is beautiful and perfectly planned. The surroundings and views are spectacular. In mid october the pool was very cool (cooler than the Euboian gulf). Heating would have been very nice. The kitchen was well suited for cooking, but we missed a few utensils, for instance a pasta spoon. Also we had to buy toiletpaper, detergent and barbeque charcoal, which was difficult to find. “Johanna and her husband kept a local taverna open late so we wouldn’t go without dinner when we arrived. They then waited for us and we had ice cream together with their friends thereafter. Johanna gave us fruits and vegetables from her garden upon arrival. The Villa itself was beautiful - surrounded by olive trees, excited animals (cats, dogs, chickens, etc), and nestled in a small community that felt very special. “Can’t fault the studio. Perfect for an out of town getaway. Up the hill 4.6km but amazing sunrises. And down the other side to a remote beach. A little dirty sadly but the water clean and great for an early morning dip. The only downside is the farm animals. Dogs and roosters are quite annoying during the night. But you get used to the barking. A lovely place which we enjoyed immensely.”
