“The first room they put us in was not nice at all, it mainly overlooked the car park and the full height glazing did not give us any privacy. Everyone walking by, could see straight into our room and the private pool. We asked to be moved to another room, they moved us the following day. The new room was lovely but was also a few issues in the new room, the shower door needed repairing because it a loud noise every time it was opened/closed, the face mirror light did not work, the motorized...

Staff were kind and exceptional. Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and made us feel like we were home.
