Excellent hotel with fantastic hospitality
Amazing hotel in the city centre of Rethymno! New and fresh design, excellent rooms, nice seating areas at the pool and lobby, impeccable cleaning - and first and foremost: Such a nice hospitality! We truly felt like they were happy to see us every day, always big smiles and excellent service to any requests we had. Special shoutout to the wonderful Eleni who we really felt became a friend through our stay! We will definitely be back:)

Perfect stay
From the very start till the time we checked out, the staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The hotel was of high quality and the rooms were modern and spacious. The pool was an added bonus. The hotels location is within 5 mins walk to the restaurants and bars and only a 10 min walk to the beach. Overall we had the perfect stay and will 100% be re-visiting in the future.

Familiengeführtes kleines Hotel, neu, sauber und modern. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet abs. ruhig, der Balkon ist für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend (leider ohne Sonnenschutz). Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die Lage aber dennoch sehr gut und das Zentrum der Altstadt innerhalb 15 Min. fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls reichlich mit der Möglichkeit im Freien zu frühstücken.

Very nice small hotel approx 10-15 mins walk from the beautiful Rethymno old town. There was parking immediately outside the hotel which we managed to get a space in most times but is also alternative parking available nearby if not. The room and communal spaces were all very modern and very clean. The pool looked very nice but we didn't get time to go for a swim during our stay unfortunately.

Our stay at The City Hotel and Suites was amazing. Great location and a very clean hotel. The staff were absolutely incredible and truly made our stay memorable. Alexander, at reception, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for our stay in Crete, which made planning our trip incredibly easy. All the staff were very kind and accommodating, from before our arrival, throughout our stay. I would highly recommend

Bel hôtel très fonctionnel
Hôtel bien situé un peu à l'écart du centre historique qu'on rejoint en 5 min à pied. Chambre très belle et fonctionnelle au style un peu impersonnel. Très belle piscine, mais la cour est presque toute la journée à l'ombre, donc l'eau est assez froide.

Parfait.
Hôtel à l’écart du bruit mais à 5mn à pied du centre de la vieille ville. Hôtel à dimension humaine tres propre, règles covid respectées. Accueil super, chambre propre et spacieuse, balcon frigo, jolie salle de bains, plein de rangements, literie de qualité. Wifi qui marchait tres bien. Petit déjeuner continental avec plage horaire importante et tres bon : pain gâteau fromage blanc céréales, fruits oeufs jambon fromage, cafe etc etc Piscine non testée pas eu le temps Possibilité de snacking sur place mais un soir il n’y a Avait plus de sandwich et le patron a eu la gentillesse de nous commander une pizza que nous avons mangée sur la terrasse de l’hôtel pour accompagner un verre de vin que nous lui avions commandé Sarah a été notre interlocutrice principale, elle s est pliée en quatre pour nous aider pour conseils restaurants, plans, idées a visiter etc. C’est une personne. Adorable, attentionnée toujours disponible et toujours avec le sourire Merci sarah pour cette agréable rencontre . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et espérons revenir tres bientôt. Merci aussi au personnel pour leur professionnalisme et au patron pour son aide. SisSi et philippe

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und schick eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wirklich super, man ist schnell am strand und in der Altstadt. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und nicht zu aufdringlich was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir würden immer wiederkommen.

Parfait pour découvrir la ville
Hôtel top idéalement situé à l’entrée de la vieille ville ce qui permet de tout faire à pied sans souci de parking. La chambre est propre et agréable, le petit déjeuner copieux. Mention spéciale à Sarah qui vous accueil : d’une gentillesse exemplaire, super disponible et avenante !

Struttura in ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio sempre disponibile. Check in e check out molto veloci. Unica nota negativa non ci hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani in 4 giorni che siamo stati lì nonostante li avessimo gettati a terra. Pulizia da rivedere.

Excellent hotel in Rethymno
The quality of this hotel starts from it’s very welcoming reception and the on-site free parking. The room was very tidy with comfortable bed and the excellent room accessories. The old town is few minutes walk from the hotel. Comparing the price paid for the hotel and the service rendered, it’s number 1 hotel in Rethymno!!!! Very modern hotel in a quiet area in a city center
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is very modern with nicely renovated rooms, located in a quiet area close to old town and a short 10min walk to the beach. Our host Sarah was fantastic, she gaves us many tips on best restaurants and surrounding attractions.

Room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. 5 min walk to old town, so quiet and clean. Stores all around to pickup anything we needed. We had onsite parking, very convenient. Breakfast was good and we could eat inside or outside. Friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Merci aux hôtes
Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet hôtel qui nous a accueillis tardivement à 2 reprises. Les hôtes sont parfait, l’hôtel très moderne et les environs agréables. Nous avons fuis l’hôtel Fillion pour se rendre à celui-ci et nous avons bien fait car l’autre est une véritable horreur, n’y mettais pas les pieds sinon vous reviendrait très déçu de ce côté de la côte Crétoise. Quant à Rethymnon, nous as nécessaire d’y séjourner trop longtemps, 1 a 2 nuits maximum, Chania est tellement plus belle

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff is friendly and helpful. I asked about diving and Sara at the front desk gave me some suggestions. She later called me in my room to tell me that she’d called a diver friend of hers for even more details. How nice is that?!!! The beds and baths are all super clean and modern. Love the design too. They have some great Italian fixtures and furniture. Easy to walk to Old Town and convenient to restaurants and stores.
