I could almost say 4.5 stars, but excellent is not something I am willing to rate this stay. The surface cleanliness was acceptable, but dust was visible on many surfaces including window sills, shelving on and under furniture and electronics. Also, the sauna was one of the big highlights to this property and it would not turn on. When I reached out to help resolve this issue, rather than a solution, I was offered a small credit to stay with this management company again. Overall the property was spacious and beautiful providing most of the things we needed. I was told use of the pac n play would cost an extra 30 and it was stored in an upstairs room but would have to pay to use it. This seemed a little silly as well. We ran out of paper towels and garbage bags, and with the strict requirements for checkout, cleaning supplies would’ve been helpful. Overall still a wonderful stay.
