Summary:

Ruby Lodge is a brand-new, light-filled designer home in leafy Green Point, comfortably sleeping 11 guests across five bedrooms. Spread out over two levels with multiple living zones, air conditioning, a covered alfresco, BBQ and level lawns - just 10 minutes by car from Terrigal, Avoca and Copacabana beaches.



The Space:

Designed for large families and groups, this beautifully finished two-level home offers room to gather and room to unwind. Large windows bring abundant natural light into the modern open-plan living and dining area, while the private, lush garden setting creates a peaceful retreat close to the coast.



The designer kitchen has premium appliances and generous stone bench space for cooking for a crowd. The main living area includes a TV, and the home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans and high-speed WiFi.



Sleeping arrangements for 11 guests:

- Bedroom 1: king bed

- Bedroom 2: double bed

- Bedroom 3: king bed

- Bedroom 4: king bed

- Bedroom 5: queen bed and single bed



There are two bathrooms, including a bathtub. Hotel-quality linen, plush bedding, room-darkening shades and ample clothing storage are provided.



For families travelling with little ones, Ruby Lodge includes a crib, travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, and board games.



The covered alfresco dining area flows from the main living zone to the level lawns, with outdoor furniture, a BBQ and barbecue utensils. Children have flat lawn space to play while adults enjoy an alfresco meal. A dedicated workspace is available, and the laundry includes a washer, dryer, drying rack and iron. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, stove, microwave and full cooking essentials.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, including the private entrance, garden, covered alfresco area, level lawns and free garage parking. Self check-in is available via lockbox.

Green Point is a leafy residential suburb on the Central Coast of New South Wales, located between Tumbi Umbi and Gosford. It’s known for its peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, spacious homes, and mature trees, giving it a relaxed and semi-rural feel while still being close to town amenities.

Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company. Before arrival, guests must complete a secure online Guest Check-in Form and provide a digital copy of their ID. Card details are also required through the encrypted Stripe payment gateway.



A refundable $1,000 security bond is held for the duration of the stay to cover potential damages and released within 7 days of departure if there are no issues. Information is handled in accordance with strict privacy laws and is not shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary to process the required payment or authorisation.



Housekeeping is available at an extra cost. Long-term stays are allowed.
