“The hotel was beautiful! They needed more staff. When I checked in there was a long wait to get checked in. They had two desk to check guest in. When we called for room service no one answered the phone. I waited 20 mins then tried again still no answer. Finally I got connected to the front desk. The hotel is beautiful. However they definitely need more staffing to accommodate the size of the facility. ”

“Property managers were totally responsive, very kind and even had a welcome gift of deviled eggs in the fridge from there own property. Completely renovated and first class. Make sure you take a wagon as the track to the beach is at least a couple of blocks but very accessible. Job well done! ”

“Bay Pointe Villas is close to shopping, restaurants and only four miles from the beautiful Kiawah Beachwalker Park. The condo was very quiet and well appointed. We enjoyed having a private pool. Don't miss a trip to the Charleston Tea Garden/Plantation!”
